Today for the 5 minutes messages with Coach Frenchy in the penalty box podcast, Coach Frenchy talks his 3 powers he uses every single day to make him happier then motivate him to attack his day properly. Yesterday, it was THANKSGIVING DAY in USA, and Coach Frenchy did prepare a video about his 3 powers but also about THANKSGIVING day and it should be thanksgiving day every day. Here his 3 powers: 1: Power of Gratitude: He discover this power during his time at the gym. Every day he goes to the gym and always do his power of gratitude. It takes time to develop that power. You have to take it one day at the time and more you are doing it and get better you gain that force of power inside of  you and reach another level of your best version and the worlds differently. He talks about all the reasons of gratitude he has in his life. 2: Power of Mindset: This power is all about mind, soul and body. It's all about balance in your 10 areas of your life. Mindset is the key to control what you can only control by having a Mindset of greatness and the Mindset Right. That power of mindset gives him a chance to have peace and great health by using the right choices in his life. 3: Power of Prayer: This power is about reach God, spirituality and be thankful. That power is using at the night. Before he goes to the bed or in the bed, Coach Frenchy uses that power to thanks everything happening during the day, does a prayer and read the bible and prepare the next day by having thankful for moment.
