Your Body is not the Enemy Sometimes it's telling us something we need to hear and we aren't sure what its saying but we have to learn to listen. Working through letting go of resentment and anger towards the body, and viewing sensitivity from a new lens. Being Psychic and communicating with Spirit is not just sensitive in the mind and energy, its a full body experience and this episode is about my difficult acceptance that maybe I'll never be "normal" and maybe that's actually a good thing and how I'm learning to accommodate my needs to heal my body. Learning to Reframe my perspective “ I get to have this experience, not I'm forced to have this experience" A bit about Grace's continuing Body Healing Journey through chronic pain, infections, food allergies, consistent teeth issues and healing from mold, histamine intolerance and more. Some of the reasons why we HAD to take a break from the podcast, and some of the reasons why we HAVE to come back to recording episodes again, for our healing. We have alot to say and I'm forward to connecting more again in this format.
