Let’s chat about routines We all have the same 24 hrs And let’s not forget to schedule 8 hrs of sleep Everything starts with a rested mind And reading books is crucial Listening to podcasts while u r working out, while u r cleaning house, while u r in the bubble bath Clean kitchen sink always before bed Last thing u want to do is clean yesterday’s dishes. 4 simple tricks to set yourself up for success Create a 10 min bedtime routine Pick your bedtime Pick a wake up time (u need at least 8hrs) Clean up your days mess like kitchen sink and home office etc Tuck your phone in Self awareness Be kind You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar What do you really love? The people who use the most words, explaining their biz, are the most insecure. Be short and to the point. Time is money. This is not your resume, this is just an elevator pitch. (Like toastmasters) How you show up, matters so much. When you babble, you lose people. Listening is so important. Your biz will go farther, being genuinely interested in 2 other people, then trying to get 200 people interested in you. When you care more about others and/or their biz, that’s where the magic happens.

Put yourself out there. Be louder, prouder, bolder, and in charge. Amazing doors will open for you. Opportunities will start to come your way, that you never dreamed possible. Video is a game changer! Get in front of the camera! You WILL inspire others. You are an expert in the eyes of someone! Start small, then keep trucking! You don’t have to be the biggest or the best, to start showing up online. Just show up! And stay consistent. You might not be everyone’s cup a tea, but you ARE someone’s shot of vodka. You have the power to get out of your own way! Change your thinking. Do something radical, like leave your 9-5 Become your own boss! Treat your new independent biz, like let’s say with nwm, like a REAL job! After all, it’s called net WORK marketing right?! You gotta treat it like a job! If you treat it like a hobby, it will pay you like a hobby, or should I say, cost you like a hobby. It’s the same like brushing your teeth, it will become second nature, routine. It will take time and consistency! Good things in life, take time! Like when you met your partner, did you marry him/her on the first date? No, of course not. Your love had to grow. Dream big! Work smarter, not harder! Pick one nwm company, not more, cause you won’t give it your all! What’s a 50% in school? An F. What’s a 100% in school? An A+. Yes you will get naysayers, haters, whatever you wanna call them. Confrontations make you stronger. Keep trucking! Ask yourself, would you want to trade places with them? If it’s a no, don’t take advice from them, it’s that simple! People want to be heard, appreciated, acknowledged and loved! Listen more than you talk. Stay in your lane. Don’t play the comparison game. Compete with yourself. Be your best version. Don’t try to be perfect. Perfection is boring. Be obsessed with learning. Google is your best friend. We are not meant to blend into life We are meant to stand out When we do, we are giving others permission to do the same.

You just gotta be better at what you do, than anybody else who does it. Stand out!! No BS! No small talk. Nobody likes to waste time. Told ya I don’t have a filter! Go be the crazy ass dreamer! Entrepreneurship ain’t for the faint of heart! Kick my teeth out, I don’t care, I will NEVER work for someone but myself! Trying and failing doesn’t suck. Not trying at all because someone talked you out of it, now that’s real regret. Be the woman in the arena. Stop playing the blame game! When you succeed it’s all on you. When you fail it’s all on you! When you go bankrupt, it’s on you, It’s not the presidents fault, or the people crossing the border etc Go deep not wide. Care first. Deliver value. Feel love every time you give it, without expecting anything in return. Stop keeping score. Treat the end of the relationship like the beginning. Like slurping cereal in the beginning of a relationship is kinda cute but then years later you can’t stand it all of a sudden. The price comes at the end of the journey. Just persist until you succeed. Just be brutally honest There is nothing better than honesty. Whatever you want to do, just surround yourself with people who are already doing that, and copy that but put your own spin on it.

There is always someone richer, prettier, skinnier etc…but you are only competing with yourself. Just be prettier, wealthier, healthier and fitter than you were yesterday. And appreciate how far you have come.

If you want an mba, (massive bank account), you need to work on yourself. If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you. You are suffering from self doubt, While others are intimidated by your full potential. You can either make money or make excuses, but you can’t do both!
