How to Feel Less Numb
2026/10/07
When seeking more aliveness, expression, and embodiment, it's normal to meet numbness along the way. But what if, rather than a barrier to feeling, numbness itself is a feeling? What if rather than a detour, feeling numbness is actually a destination?
What if you could become so versed in the subtleties of your own body, you became a sommelier of your own sensations?
In this episode you'll learn how to:
Meet numbness as a feeling, rather than trying to force it awayUse a practice called “layer by layer” to gently explore sensationExpand your sensational vocabularyQuestion your preferences around “good” and “bad” body sensation, without invalidating your experienceFind the difference between protective fear and the fear of moving beyond the familiarHow to respond when body is shutting down in conflict and redirect your life force into flowLet's become more intimately acquainted with the full spectrum of sensation, and all the power and pleasure that lives inside of it.

Morning Pleasure as Nervous System Medicine
2026/05/06
Sometimes, the pressure to create an optimized morning routine can be so immense.
Cold plunges. Tuning forks.
Shots of liquids that smell like a turnip's flatulence.
Me? I'm more of a buttered croissant, sliced apricot, bergamot steam coming off a cup of Earl Grey kind of gal.
And if I had to guess, I'd bet you are too.
In a world of habit trackers and sleep scores, a morning worth savoring can feel like a lost art.
In today's episode, I'll teach you how to step out of the rush and into the lush with magnetic morning pleasure.
You'll hear gems on:

Thriving in The Crone Zone (with special guest, my Mom!)
2026/04/23
Just yesterday I was speaking with a dear client about the fear a woman feels as she gets older. The idea that we’ll arrive at a certain age, feeling full of regret over not having done enough, saved enough, risked enough, or made enough of our lives.
So this fear runs us, prodding us from behind like a pitchfork, pushing us further away from ourselves and our deeper, truer desires. But then something happens when we enter mid-life.
The rushing outwards starts to spiral back inwards.
And while not always the case, we tend to arrive at the fearsome place feeling like we’ve arrived right on time, and in style.
Now all of this sounds great, until you start calling a woman a crone. 😮
Crone tends to conjure images of being dried up, withered.
Oh, what a smear campaign.
What a poisoning of the water of a woman’s beauty, power, and pleasure as she moves through life.
One of the ways we (ahem) come to our senses around aging, time, and true feminine beauty is to see it modeled.
And today, I couldn’t be more proud and excited to bring you the most magnificent, gorgeous, radiant model I know: my Mom.
You'll hear gems on:
A special ceremony that changed how we both saw the aging processThe most important thing to do to prepare for Crone-HoodWhich Golden Girl each of us would beWise tid-bits and Mother/Daughter giggles you’re just gonna loveLinks from the Episode:
