This week I talk to my very good friend and comedy collegue, Sashka DC!  Sashka is a toronto based stand up comedian with a new podcast called "Anxiety Noir".  She is also the cohost of Sunday Best Comedy with Tamara Shevon where they take a scenario and ask "What would Kanye do?" After a few months away, I am back with a brand new episode with my good friend Veronica Antipolo.   Veronica is the Co-Founder and Producer of Mosaic Untold Lives - secrets and stories of Women of Colour.   Veronica performs storytelling, stand-up,  and was recently published in Stories We Don’t Tell.  We talk about opportunities that opened up for her during the pandemic, how having other moms in her life has helped her manage her mental health, and so much more!  

This week I talk to my good pal Kevin Shawanda​ who is a stand up comedian based out of Sudbury, Ontario.  Kevin grew up on a reservation near Manitoulin Island and was adopted by his aunt at an early age.  We talk about how his family supported each other, the tight knit community he grew up in and the women who made him who he is today.  We also meet his new puppies and talk about what it's like doing comedy in a small town.
