WHAT IF STRATING OVER ISN'T THE ANSWER?
2026/09/11
What If Starting Over Isn’t the Answer? Have you ever started again? A new goal. A new year. A new business. A new relationship. A new routine. A new plan. But somehow, you ended up right where you started. In this episode of ThriveSteps, Victor takes the conversation beyond his story of disappearing for three years and asks a more uncomfortable question: What if starting over isn't actually the answer? Because sometimes we don't need another beginning. We need transformation. You can change your environment without changing your habits. You can set new goals without developing new discipline. You can restart the dream while carrying the same mindset, patterns, and behaviors that caused you to quit in the first place. In this deeply personal and practical episode, we explore the difference between starting over and starting differently, why our habits follow us, the danger of repeatedly restarting without changing, and what it really takes to rebuild yourself. You'll discover why your comeback cannot simply be about returning to what you once were. It has to be about becoming who you need to be next. The question isn't just: "How do I start again?" It's: "Who do I need to become so I don't keep starting over?" This is more than a podcast episode. It's a challenge to stop repeating old patterns and start building a different future. Welcome to ThriveSteps. Don't just start over. Start differently.

THE TURNING POINT: THE LESSONS SILENCE TAUGHT ME
2026/08/14
What happens when the silence finally starts to make sense? In Part Three, I reflect on the lessons those three years taught me about purpose, faith, growth, consistency, and starting again. Sometimes, the turning point isn't a dramatic moment. It's simply the decision to stop looking backward and take the next step. If you've ever felt delayed, lost momentum, or wondered what a difficult season was trying to teach you, this conversation is for you. You may not be able to change the time you've lost, but you can decide what you do with the time you have left. Welcome to Part Three. Welcome back to ThriveSteps. #ThriveSteps #ThriveStepsPodcast #TheTurningPoint #PersonalGrowth #Purpose #Faith #Comeback
THE COST OF SILENCE.
2026/08/07
The Cost of Silence Silence is never free. In Part One, I shared why I disappeared for three years. In this episode, we go deeper into what that silence actually cost me. The cost wasn't just lost time. It was missed opportunities, broken confidence, delayed dreams, inconsistency, isolation, and the emotional weight of watching life move while feeling stuck. But here's the truth: every season has something to teach us. This episode is an honest reflection on the hidden price of stepping away from purpose, the lessons buried in difficult seasons, and how God can redeem what feels like wasted years. If you've ever looked back with regret, struggled to find your footing again, or wondered whether your best years are behind you, this conversation is for you. Your silence does not have to become your identity. Your setback does not have to become your story. There's still purpose ahead. The hidden costs of prolonged silence How inconsistency quietly steals momentum The emotional and mental impact of feeling "left behind" Why regret doesn't have to define your future Practical lessons for rebuilding with purpose and confidence This is more than a comeback story. It's a reminder that even the seasons that cost us the most can become the seasons that shape us the best. 🎙️ Listen now and continue the journey with ThriveSteps as we explore faith, leadership, purpose, and personal growth—one step at a time. If this episode encourages you, follow the podcast on Spotify, leave a rating, and share it with someone who needs the reminder that it's never too late to begin again. #ThriveSteps #PersonalGrowth #Leadership #Faith #Purpose #Comeback #SelfDevelopment

I Disappeared for 3 Years. Here's What It Cost Me. Where do you go when life goes quiet? For three years, I disappeared. No podcasts. No consistent content. No public presence. Just silence. BE GRATEFUL FOR LIFE
2021/11/28
Sometimes it's tough to take a moment to express how grateful you are for life's blessings. All too often, there are never enough minutes in the day for all of your obligations, from family and friends to work. How often do you pause to appreciate what you have in life? Happy listening
THANK YOU DAD.
2021/11/26
Conveying gratitude, respect and love when saying this simple words “Thank You dad” to your father goes a long way. The sacrifices they make, and the worry fathers harbor for your sake should never be allowed to go unnoticed.
SEND A THANK YOU TO SOMEONE WHO INSPIRED YOU.
2021/11/25
Who do you admire? Who inspires you to get after life, to be better at what you do? Let them know! Maybe this is a good friend, or perhaps it’s someone you follow from afar. Whatever the case, send them a little love today.
GIVE THANKS TO SOMEONE YOU LOVE
2021/11/25
Gratitude is important because it enhances a relationship, Not only does research show that expressing gratitude makes people feel happier in general (which itself can have a positive relationship impact), but it has been shown to lead to longer lasting and more committed relationships. Happy Listening.
GIVE THANKS TO A STRANGER.
2021/11/23
Ralph Marston said “Make it a habit to tell people, ‘thank you.’ To express your appreciation sincerely and without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around you, and you’ll soon find many others around you. Truly appreciate life, and you’ll find that you have more of it.” Think about a time a complete stranger did something nice for you — perhaps they greeted you as you walked past them on your morning walk, maybe they let you in front of them in the grocery line, or picked something up for you that you dropped on the street. Think of a time you told someone how grateful you were for their help, support or even just for being in your life. How did that moment make you and that person feel?
THANK YOU MOM.
2021/11/22
Being a mother is not an easy task at all! In this modern world, a mother needs superhero powers to balance home and work, as that is indeed a tough job! Moms deserve to know that their compromises and hard works are appreciated by the family members, especially by their children! They are often our biggest cheerleaders and most supportive friends. There is no end to the things one should be thankful towards his mother for, but a nice Thank you mom message goes a long way!
COMPLAIN ABOUT NOTHING FOR A DAY.
2021/11/21
Research shows that habitual complaining affects us mentally, emotionally, and physically. Such behavior may cause or worsen stress, sapping our energy and desire to pursue our dreams. But the act of giving thanks has become a well-respected means for creating a happier life. Scientists have found that the habit of gratitude can reduce the symptoms of depression, increase well-being and make for an all-around happier person.
