I sit down with the incredible Jessica Koncz. Jess is a self confessed foodie and a bass-ass entrepreneur. Specialising in the hospitality and food industry, she created a social media marketing agency from the ground up. She then set a goal of helping foodies around the world eat with their eyes, and thus, Eatsee was born. Eatsee is changing the way that people discover food by connecting customers to restaurants in a visual and personalised way. Eatsee works directly with restaurants to transform their PDF menu into a dynamic visual menu so customers can see a photo of each dish before they order. Talk about a  game changer!! I sit down with the delightful and funny, Alyce Greer. Alyce Greer is the director and head writer at Bossy. Copywriting, a Melbourne-based copywriting studio that makes words their b*tch.  For most of her life, Alyce has been trapped in a heated love triangle between words and clothes.  In 2016, she admitted she secretly loves words a little bit more, and started Bossy. in the hope of ridding the world of boring, professional or worse, cheesy copy.  With Alyce at the helm, Bossy. has now transformed into a ‘supergroup’ — the collective term for a group of talented (and funny) freelance writers, copywriters and editors.  When she’s not working, she’s usually making a margarita.  We talk about her pathway, her views on tertiary education and the ever changing digital world, as well as what it takes to start a business.
