I've thought about suicide many times over the course of my lifetime. Many times.  And considering I have thought about it recently, I came to the conclusion that so are probably a whole bunch of you... it was time I shared my three powerful steps that I use when I am in the thick of it.  I know that this isn't a hard and fast rule for everyone and it may not work for you. Chatting to Cat reminded me of growing up at home. That old school European background coming out to play....not that Cat is old school by any means.
