Bachpan wala Independence day | Rubaroo
2026/08/15
Kahan gaye woh din?
School mein Independence Day ki taiyaari—music, dance, skits aur woh alag hi excitement…
Phir ghar aakar family ke saath time bitana, TV par desh ki khabrein dekhna, kahin ghoomne nikal jaana…
Aur din ke aakhir mein chhat par patang udaana—jab poora aasman rang-birangi patangon se bhar jaata tha.
Aaj sochta hoon—hamare liye azaadi ki definition kya hai? Freedom aakhir hai kya?
Shayad Independence Day sirf ek celebration nahi, balki ek mauka hai thoda rukne ka…
Samajhne ka…
Reflect karne ka…
Aur khud se rubaru hone ka.
Toh is Independence Day, thoda rukte hain aur sochte hain—
Hum kis cheez se azaad hain? Aur kya hum waaqai azaad hain?

The chicken pox theory with respect to love | Emotions | Podcast
2026/04/20
I call it the Chickenpox Theory of Love: love, like chickenpox, is something most people go through at least once. The first exposure usually comes with fever—intense attachment, heartbreak, confusion—but it also builds emotional antibodies. Those who experience love and breakup early often learn regulation, detachment, and self-awareness with time. Those who encounter it much later sometimes suffer more, not because they love deeper, but because the emotional system is less flexible by then. The real immunity doesn’t come from pain itself, but from reflection after pain—without processing, heartbreak doesn’t heal, it just mutates. Love doesn’t weaken us; unprocessed love does.

Kalam or ye Panne
2025/07/12
Ye Kalam or Ye Panne 📝
Aaj phir jab purane panne palat ke dekhe,
To pichle 9 saal ki tasveer saamne aa gayi …
8th July 2016…
Bas tab se roz ki dincharya, kahani-kisse likhe ja rahe hain,
Kabhi kisi dost ka zikr hota, to kabhi exam ka,
To kabhi job ke tension ka zikr likha jaata tha.
School mein tha tab likhne ki shuruaat kari thi,
Aaj naukri tak pahunch gaya hoon, sochta hoon —
“Kya main itna bada ho gaya hoon?”
Dekhte hi dekhte waqt badal gaya,
Zajbaat badle, log bhi naye ho gaye,
Bas saath raha to sirf —
Ye kalam aur ye panne.

✨ Jagriti Yatra: Unforgettable Moments, Lifelong Learnings ✨
After starting from Mumbai late at night, our first full day on the train was a mix of introductions, sessions in the chair car, and some much-needed rest.
One thing we all eagerly waited for was food—an essential that kept us energized for the exciting journey ahead.
The real bonding began with an activity called Sharing Lifeline. Each of us shared the highs and lows of our lives, and this openness created a strong bond within our groups and cohorts—a connection that lasted throughout the Yatra.
