On this episode I had my good friend Kai Murphy join me to share some wisdom. Kai is a collegiate baseball player at Arizona State University and his success in baseball has brought him through a lot of humbling and euphoric moments throughout the years. I have had some deep conversations with him in the past, and I thought it would only be right to bring him on and share some of his wisdom with you all and talk about how he and I view and understand the world. Mental health is an obstacle that everyone has dealt with at least once in their life. It's a topic that a majority of individuals avoid discussing, but needs more attention. In today's episode, my friend Nicole and I tackle some of the issues revolving around depression, prescription medications, and the role marijuana plays when dealing with anxiety. We share our testimonies in an attempt to be transparent about how we have dealt with our own mental health issues, in hopes that it encourages you all to do the same in your social circles. Hey everyone, This week's episode will be me blabbering about my thoughts on young men in my generation, I will also be talking about a bill that is waiting for Governor Gavin Newson's signature to pass here in California. If you're lucky, you might run into a hand full of genuine beings in your lifetime. Fortunately, I was blessed enough to not only meet an individual who is that and more , but also be able to have him as a lifelong friend. Sam is a very talented dancer who has helped choreograph and perform in plays with world renown choreographers Keone and Mari Madrid (Beyond Babel, Cirque du Soleil). He has traveled the world to teach classes and is now back home (due to Covid-19). I was lucky enough to have gotten some time to chat with Sam and talk about how he become such a renown dancer himself. I hope you all enjoy!
