An Aye For Games Episode 7: Keeping Dead Games Alive
2020/11/07
Apologies for missing last week, my original interview fell through, unfortunately! This week I'm talking to Steve Cole and Paul Winter about Epic: Armageddon, Warmaster, Guild Ball, and how and why keeping dead games alive is a good idea.  We also touch on chess clocks towards the end, and why they're good but far from perfect for every game.  Final note, when we synced our schedules to see when we could record, turned out that this Thursday was the only night. Which was Bonfire Night in the UK, so everyone around me decided to set off fireworks. Some of those are now immortalised in this episode. I can only apologise.  Relevant links:  Warmaster: https://www.wm-revolution.com/ Paul's Warmaster Podcast: https://www.facebook.com/Warmaster.Podacst/ Epic UK: http://epic-uk.co.uk/wp/ The Longshanks for the Guild Ball Community Project: https://www.longshanks.org/tales/ Steve's Podcast, Singled Out: https://www.buzzsprout.com/57387
