Being able to look at yourself in a different perspective is very important. I needed it in the time that I did. I didn’t know what it meant to love myself fully. I am grateful for all that I’ve learn and the self love I have now.

Do you have a routine that you do everyday? How effective is your routine? I think it’s important for people to have some structure in their life. I think routine definitely helps with that.

Reassurance is something we all love and wants once in while. Whether that be from your mom telling you how proud she is of you and telling you keep going or your professional telling you great work on your essay keep up the good work. It truly does something for a person. Reassurance can also come from yourself! Reassure yourself!

Do you value your mental health? When was the last time you really checked in with yourself? The mind is powerful thing but if you can get the tools you need to be able to efficiently maneuver through the mind that makes you powerful. Check it with yourself. Happy Mental Health Awareness Month!!!!

We can doubt and affirm at the same time! Affirm yourself! That thing that seems so challenging, that thing that scares you & your afraid to face. Know that you are capable of, stop the doubt. Replaced fear with love! You got this! I believe in you.

I’m officially a new cat mom! That feel absolutely incredible to say. I am loving it so far, and I can’t wait to me and my mamas vibe to grow deeper! Shout out to all the CAT MOMS!

We have all been disappointed at some point in our lives. Whether that be not winning that basketball game, scoring low on test, or not getting that new job that we wanted. It’s okay to be disappointed, but we should never let it linger. Feel your emotions and let them go! Ride out that wave and learn from it.

My baby went on a family vacation with her family for 7 days. It was definitely a time to miss her, a time to reflect, and time to enjoy me time! I definitely recommend lol
