Interruption in Time: Three Cases You've Probably Never Heard Of
2026/08/28
Three obscure cases. Three men. Three stories that deserve to be told.
In episode 67 of One Minute and Forty-Three Seconds, we explore three lesser know disappearances that seem to have faded over time.
A geologist that received a suspicious phone call before he vanished.
A creature of habit who for reasons unknown broke his routine.
A beloved teacher who disappeared on his way to school.
Join me as I dive into these obscure cases in hopes their names become more widely known and that they one day receive justice.

A Snapchat. A Mysterious Reddit Account. Then He Vanished. What happened to Caleb Harris?
2026/08/24
On March 4, 2024, 21-year-old Texas A&M–Corpus Christi student Caleb Harris disappeared in the middle of the night.
Just hours earlier, Caleb was at his apartment, making plans for the next day and spending time with friends. By morning, his roommates found his wallet and keys inside, his truck still parked outside, and an untouched UberEats delivery at the door.
Caleb was nowhere to be found.
Months later, investigators would discover human remains in a wastewater collection well not far from his apartment. The remains were eventually identified as Caleb—but the circumstances surrounding his death remain a mystery.
A strange Snapchat photo, a mysterious Reddit account, and a possible late-night meetup that may—or may not—have been connected to Caleb, all details that make this case particularly unsettling.
Was Caleb meeting someone that night? Did he unknowingly put himself in danger? Or is there another explanation for how he ended up where he was found?

Out of Touch: Where is Sheena Gibbs?
2026/05/22
Sheena Gibbs had endured a lot, but she was a survivor. A battle with cancer, troubled relationships, and the stress of a sick family member were weighing on her mind in late 2021. But she remained grateful and dedicated to her family, and was living in Chicago, IL.
When she failed to make contact with her family, who lived in rural Iowa, her family wasn't immediately alarmed. It wasn't uncommon for Sheena to fall off the radar for a while only to resurface later to check in.
But then her birthday passed. Then Thanksgiving. It was then that Sheena's family started to fear something was terribly wrong.
In today's episode, I analyze Sheena's last known movements-motel stays, phone pings, and spotty texts to friends. and work to put the pieces of this very complicated puzzle together.
Sheena Gibbs is an endangered missing person. If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Sheena Gibbs, please contact the Chicago Police Department at 312-744-8266.

Into the Night: The Vanishing of Tyler Davis
2026/01/30
It was supposed to be a fun night of celebrating followed by a day of leisure when Tyler Davis and his wife, Brittany dropped their young son off at Tyler's parents and headed to nearby Columbus, Ohio to celebrate Brittany's birthday in February of 2019. After all, the pair worked hard and rarely had any time for fun.
But what was supposed to be a relaxing time and a break from reality would turn to panic when Tyler failed to return back to the couple's hotel room after a long night out together.
Tyler and Brittany traded several calls in the early morning hours, in one of which Tyler said he could see the hotel and would be there in 5 minutes. But minutes turned to hours, then hours to days, weeks to months.
Now, 6 year later, there are still no answers as to what happened to Tyler Davis in the middle of the night on February 24, 2019.
Join me and my special guest, friend, colleague and former Columbus resident as we discuss the puzzling case of Tyler Davis, and what might have happened to him in one of the busiest areas of the city.

Baby Vanishes From Crib: What happened to Sabrina Aisenberg?
2025/12/21
In the early morning hours of November 24, 1997, four-month-old Sabrina Aisenberg vanished from her crib in Valrico, Florida. There were no signs of forced entry, no witnesses, and no clear explanation for how a baby could disappear from her own home overnight.
What followed was a massive investigation that would soon shift its focus inward. Sabrina’s parents were placed under intense suspicion, their home secretly wiretapped, and criminal charges eventually filed—only for the case against them to later collapse when a judge ruled that investigators had misrepresented key evidence.
More than two decades later, Sabrina has never been found.
Join me and my guest, the lovely Suzi Jones as we examine the timeline of Sabrina Aisenberg’s disappearance, the controversial investigation that followed, and the unanswered questions that still linger today.
If you have information related to this case, please contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at 813-247-8200.

Missing for 10 Years: The Inexplicable Disappearance of Haruchika Miyagi
2025/12/05
Everyone knows the cases of Maura Murray and Bryce Laspisa—two people who vanished under mysterious circumstances after crashing their cars in places that made no sense for them to be.
Those same eerie patterns appear in the disappearance of 34-year-old Haruchika Miyagi. Exactly ten years ago, for reasons still unknown, Haruchika drove nearly 500 miles from his home in Utah before crashing his car on a remote ranch in Arizona.
Why was Haruchika in an area where he had no known ties? Where was he going? And most importantly, what happened to him on that December day in 2015?
Join me as we examine this obscure and unsettling case, break down the timeline, and help raise awareness about the disappearance of Haruchika Miyagi.

Revolving Door of Questions: The Disappearance of Jesse Ross
2024/07/19
Jesse Ross had so much going for him. A 19-year-old sophomore at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, he was headed to Chicago for the second time to take part in a model United Nations program. But when Jesse got up and walked out of the conference room at about 2:30 AM during a break for a mock emergency meeting, a real-life disaster was in the making.
Alarms were raised the next day when it came time for fellow students to head back to Kansas City and Jesse was nowhere to be found. Police were eventually called, along with Jesse's parents, and an investigation was launched, but in the 18 years since Jesse walked out of that conference room, not a trace of him has been found.
What happened to Jesse that chilly November night? Did he, under the influence of alcohol, end up in the river, his body washed away forever? Did he encounter a nefarious person or persons upon exiting the hotel? Or did something happen to Jesse within the premises, the evidence being covered up?
Returning guest Joann Li is back--join us as we talk through the details and speculate about what could have happened to Jesse.
If you have any information on the disappearance of Jesse Ross, contact the Chicago Police Department at 312-744-8266.

Unclaimed: Stories of the Unidentified
2024/04/12

As of 2023, there were around 14,000 unidentified remains in the United States alone--all people with pasts, with names, with stories waiting to be told.
In today's episode, Amber, Elaine and I highlight three compelling cases of John/Jane Does--join us as we try to pick apart each timeline in an effort to make sense of the puzzle, in hopes that one day, these three unknown individuals will get their names back.

Coincidence or Correlation: The Murders of Mary Morris and Mary Morris
2024/01/26
Two women named Mary Morris, both in the Houston, Texas area are murdered in a violent way--both of their bodies being found in their cars. They share similar physical features. And these events while separate, occur within four days of each other.
Mary Lou Henderson Morris left for work on the morning of October 12, 2000 as she typically did. For reasons unknown, she never showed up at work. It wasn't until her husband called her place of employment that he found out she had never arrived, and her body would later be found in her car in a rural area. The vehicle burned a fire so hot that parts of the engine and the tires melted.
Mary McGinnis Morris had a few more issues going on in her life that were easier to pinpoint. By some accounts, her marriage was on the rocks, and there was a coworker that was causing some trouble for Mary at her job as a nurse practicioner. She would be found dead in her own car with a single gunshot wound to the head.
Opinions are divided on this case--was this a case of mistaken identity--a hit gone wrong? Or is it simply a coincidence that two women of the same name were killed near the fourth largest city in the United States?
Join returning guest Elaine Erickson and I as we lay out the many confounding details of this case and explore a variety of angles in these tragic murders. Coincidence or correlation? Listen and decide for yourself.
