In episode #34, Coach Lou and Coach George sat down with Lt. Joe Raab. Joe was a four year member of the Unites States Merchant Marine Academy baseball team. As a pitcher, Joe earned All American Status and pitcher of the year while being named captain in the same season. Upon completion, Joe went on to sign a professional contract at the idependent level. He played until his commission started as an Officer in the United States Navy. In his last outing of professional baseball, Joe completed a complete game with a Win.

The boys dive into the Bio Mechanics of throwing, Arm Injuries, and how to take care of your arm at the youth level.

In episode #28, Coach Lou and Coach George sat down with the coach for all coaches, Dave Hadfield. Dave is based out of New Zealand and is most known for his work in mental skills, mentoring coaches & players. He has a masters degree in Psychology, a B.A in Social Sciences, and an elite level 3 coaching status from the Cricket board of New Zealand and Australia. Internationally he is known for his work with The All Blacks Rugby Team, which has the highest winning percentage in the world for a professional sports franchise. We discussed coaching styles, how to interact with players, and what it really takes to want to coach. We also talked about creating a positive but accountable team environment.

In Episode #24, Coach Lou and Coach George sat down with their good friend, Long Island Native, John Lannan. John made his MLB Debut with the Washington Nationals. He also played for the Philadelphia Phillies, and the N.Y Mets. John is currently a Mental Performance Coach with the Toronto Blue Jays. We discussed parental roles in the game, how the game effects kids/parents mentally, and strategies to improve performance. Side note, Coach Georges kid might've woken up during a nap in the middle of this one!!!!
