Live Mixtape Session: 3 Days + The Digital Real Estate Announcement
2026/09/11
Chris Cash (Cashavelli) goes fully live to perform his new mixtape "3 Days" start to finish and announce his next album, Digital Real Estate — out September 15. Recorded live from his Las Vegas studio in true radio-mixshow style, this episode blends full performances of "3 Days," "Broke Is A Decision," "Come Outside," "I Own The Building," and more with the stories behind each record — plus a closing reflection on immersion, repetition, and why he builds the way he builds: ownership over everything. Featuring: 🎵 3 Days (title track) · Broke Is A Decision · Come Outside · I Own The Building · Systems · Frequency · Do It Again 📢 The Digital Real Estate album announcement (Sept 15) 💬 A live talk break on why repetition — not motivation — is what actually changes your life The Cashavelli Experience is a live podcast about music, real estate, and entrepreneurship hosted by Chris Cash. I Stopped Running a Marathon and Got My Weekends Back | The Cashavelli Experience
2026/08/31
Everybody told you it's a marathon, not a sprint. You've heard it a thousand times. You've probably said it. It's wrong, and it's costing you. If it's a marathon, what speed are you supposed to run? One speed. That's the whole idea. And one speed has never worked in business. This episode is the blueprint: four speeds — sprint, jog, coast, rest — and how running them on purpose is what bought back an entire weekend. Plus the part nobody puts on the internet: what it actually cost. "The most valuable property you will ever own is yourself." "Wealth is not what you accumulate. Wealth is range." "Your legacy is never going to experience your revenue." The Frequency — the written side of this show, free at cashavelli.com The Digital Empire Sprint — 10 people, 14 days. Details at cashavelli.com Records in this episode: Broke Is a Decision · They Never Taught Us · Come Outside Chris Cash — the architect of ownership. Vol. 31 | The 5 Doors: How to Actually Own Something
2026/08/26
Everybody's renting — their time, their address, their attention. Cash Jalem's five doors framework is a five-asset ownership model: skill, cash reserves, index funds, property, and attention. The fifth door is digital real estate, and it's the one nobody teaches. Most people who say "digital real estate" mean websites and domains. Cash Jalem — a licensed Las Vegas real estate agent for over 20 years — runs the four actual property tests on attention: does it appreciate, does it pay you, does someone else build your equity, does it hedge inflation. Attention passes all four. Platforms are leased ground. Your list, catalog, and brand are the land. Doors: (1) skill the market bids on (2) cash reserves so you're never forced to sell (3) index funds to own the economy (4) property, appreciation and bloodline equity (5) attention as digital real estate.
I'm Rebuilding the Business I Already Closed
2026/08/20
I closed a business on the Las Vegas Strip. Nobody betrayed me. Nobody stole from me. It died from bookkeeping, and that's the more useful story.I opened Cashavelli Studios so I could learn how to become a recording artist and own a record label. I figured the fastest way to learn was to build the room and stand in it every day. What I didn't understand until years later is that I hadn't built a recording studio. I'd built five businesses in one room — a studio, a media company, a learning platform, a private network, and a place where entrepreneurs and creators could say how they actually felt out loud.I'm building all five of those things right now. No lease. This video is the honest version of why it closed. Not the version where somebody did me wrong. The version with the list on it: the conversations that should have been on paper, the digital assets I never organized, the bookkeeping, the accounting, the workflows that lived in my head, and the culture I didn't protect fast enough. And the thing that building taught me about the difference between the player and the house.
Vol. 030 | Your Grudge is Billing You Monthly (The Lone Wolf Trap)
2026/08/18
Vegas looks like a town of 38 million strangers. But in the business layer, it’s a room of 300 people playing a 200-hand game. In Volume 030, we dismantle the "lone wolf" identity and look at the cold mathematical cost of holding a grudge in business. Inside this frequency:• THE 1980 AXELROD TOURNAMENT: How a dead-simple, 2-line computer strategy named "Tit for Tat" defeated the most complex algorithms built by Ivy League PhDs.• THE LONE WOLF PENALTY: Why the unforgiving "Friedman" strategy mathematically collapsed, proving that isolation is the most expensive currency you can spend.• THE 4-STEP BLUEPRINT: Robert Axelrod's exact, calculated steps to navigate business deals without getting played, staying transparent, and building compound trust."Being right is the cheapest thing you can buy with a decade." Stop renting your old stories. Open one hand. I Built My Brand Around My Life
2026/06/23
Stop building your personal brand around what you do — build it around how you live. If your personal brand feels off, forced, or just not working, there's a good chance you're focusing on the wrong thing. Most people build around their job title, their service, or their skillset. In this video, Chris Cash breaks down why that approach fails and introduces a lifestyle-first personal branding strategy that actually works for creators, entrepreneurs, and anyone building in public. In this video you'll learn: Why "content-first" branding feels empty (and what to do instead)The Signal vs. Spread framework for building a brand with staying powerHow to document your real life instead of manufacturing contentWhy building in public — including the low points — creates deeper audience loyaltyThe 3-step process Chris uses: define the destination life, document before you create, and let the algorithm follow the lifeChris Cash is a Las Vegas-based realtor, media company builder, music artist, father, and youth sports coach documenting the full journey at Cashavelli TV. 🎵 Road to Las Vegas Mixtape — out now on YouTube📩 The Ownership Memo newsletter → cashavelli.com📌 New album Digital Real Estate — coming soon If this hit different, subscribe and share it with someone in the middle of their own recalibration. Billions Decoded: The Street, The Suit, and the Cheat Code Nobody Talks About
2026/06/22
I binged 2 seasons of the TV show Billions—24 hours straight—and walked away with a strategic business framework I now use in real estate, music, and corporate deals every single day. This isn't a TV review. This is a decoding session on business psychology, power moves, and why "thinking time" is your ultimate leverage. If you watch shows just to turn your brain off, you're leaving money on the table. Here is how to turn everyday entertainment into actionable business intel. The Psychology of Space: Why Bobby Axelrod's desk always faces the door (and why I rearranged my office furniture to match it). The Street vs. Wall Street: Why the corporate world and the street run the exact same playbook—just with different paperwork. The Bobby Axelrod Cheat Code: How successful people protect their "thinking time" and silence instead of just reacting. The Power of a Small Circle: Why having 2 or 3 people who will tell you the cold truth matters more than a massive network. Real Estate Application: How one night of sitting still and analyzing the data saved a major real estate deal in Las Vegas. 0:00 - Why I Rearranged My Entire Office Setup1:15 - Binge-Watching Billions: Entertainment vs. Intel2:45 - The Corporate World and the Street Are the Same Game4:10 - The Bobby Axelrod Cheat Code: Protecting Thinking Time5:50 - Why Your Small Circle Overrules Your Network7:30 - How "Thinking Time" Saved a Las Vegas Real Estate Deal9:15 - Is It Wisdom or Avoidance? The ultimate cheat code demonstrated by characters like Bobby Axelrod is protecting dedicated "thinking time" to make calculated moves rather than emotional reactions. Why should an office desk face the door?Placing your desk facing the door is a psychological positioning tactic used in high-stakes business environments. It signals that you are prepared, commanding of the room, and expecting engagement, allowing you to see opportunities or disruptions coming first. #ChrisCash #Billions #BusinessMindset #LasVegasReal Estate #BobbyAxelrod #EntrepreneurStrategy #DigitalRealEstate #BusinessPsychology #ThinkingTime #HustleHarder 📌 What You Will Learn In This Video:⏱️ Timestamps📈 About Chris Cash🔍 Frequently Asked Questions (AEO Optimized)
