Today I have a double message for you. I've shared this advice before but it keeps on popping up. If and when you think of somebody for no reason at all, find a moment to contact them sooner rather than later. Don't question the reasoning. Just do it. My second reminder had to do with a snow filled driveway and a Propane Truck. The weight of the truck, the slant of the driveway and the slickness of the snow pack made it impossible to deliver a much needed fuel order. With just a little bit of assistance in the form of small grains of sand, was enough to induce enough traction to mount the hill. I hope this experience came with an obvious reminder. Never underestimate the power, and opportunity, that an unsolicited email may introduce to your marketing efforts. Categorizing incoming emails as SPAM can be, and often proves to be, a cop out.
