To ensure a working system of end-to-end baggage logistics, a so-called “pull approach” is essential. In this third episode of our Check-in series, Gijs Bartelet and Frans Wijnheijmer reveal all about this system and its specific enablers.   We learn that moving from the (more traditional) push to a pull approach can help airports to optimise their baggage handling processes, both in terms of labour requirements and use of space.
