Complete sick new mix by ol’ Leipzig fella and mad digger @m_f-x — here to guide us into the hooded season of the year. KANNMIX68 - 118min (recorded at @ssside-defectsss 05/2026)

Have you had a chance to meet Rupert and Noodles yet? It’s mp rotator’s (@spicyboy420420) cat and @djchrisellis beloved dog. Silly intro for a two hours cut out of five from a recent b2b — a little rough and ready at times, but I think it carries a very good energy throughout.

We’re happy here to bring @DJ_SAMWISE into the series — a long-standing, quietly evolving connection that has travelled across continents and now, at last, finds a tangible form in sound. For some he may still be a lesser-known figure, yet many will already be familiar with the warm presence working behind some influential projects such as @FASTATWORK or Life and Death. The music arrived along with a few accompanying words: “This mix reflects one of those pure ‘bursting at the seams’ moments — recorded on a whim at my home in Echo Park LA without any planning or thought before, it kinda felt important for some reason. It is very pure Samwise energy, moving from solid cheeky foundations into nostalgic textures. This is something I have realized I need to express, with 0 agenda or goal except creative expression itself. F**k it, right? Super grateful to Alex and KANN (truly one of my favorite labels) for releasing this. Enjoy!”

On the eve of their Debut EP dropping via @rand_muzik_recordings in a bit – this is a 2,5h home recording to introduce @cremeclub_leipzig Mr. Davy. Thanks for being part.

A few years ago, @jensthomas found himself in a Discogs wormhole of some 90s ambient techno albums, such as Global Communication's 76:14 alike – these records had deep, downtempo, drony, weird, emotional, uptempo and whatever kind of tracks, yet the listening experience feels like a continuous mix instead of fragmented tracks that make up an album or whatever, so he wanted to put together an own mix that had the same attitude and quality since then, where it feels like a slow journey, though there is little to no beatmatching. There you go friends.
