Welcome back friends! Little known fact: we have been meaning to record this episode for the past three years and I am so honored to share it with you today. Our first guest of 2024 is none other than the wonderfully talented and charming Andy Brown. Having performed all over the country, he best describes himself as a traveling vagabond actor. Happy New Year friends! We are starting off the new year by taking a couple of deep breaths. Here’s an episode all about goals and ideas for 2024. Personally, I would love to spend this year being more present and enjoying the journey, rather than just going through the motions to get to the next thing. Rather than focusing so much energy on very specific achievements, I’d like to focus on how I would like to feel in the new year. For me, it comes down to three words: happy, peaceful and calm. Not only is Betsy Bauer a performer, director, comedian and a renaissance queen, she was also one of the very first female wandkeepers at Universal. Currently, Betsy is the Performing Arts Coordinator and Show Director at Pyramid Inc, which is a facility where the main focus is the arts for adults living with disabilities. She has some incredible stories to share. In this episode we talk about giving people a voice by making the arts more accessible for everyone.
