In some instances, or with certain emotions or addictions, a person may feel helpless that they have “No Self Control.” But we can overcome! Do we have excuses for our actions, attitudes, or behaviors? Each person has free will, and in that they may make right choices or terrible mistakes.  For every believer, follower of Jesus is given the fruit of the Spirit which is filled with love and held together with self control.
