Life is hard, and life never stops throwing it’s lemons. In this podcast, it’s nothing but real topics, real talk- and through the hard things and good things, all the in between things...I’m just trying to learn how to make lemonade. Taking each lemon that life throws…..and making rainbow lemonade with it. In this oh so very extremely raw, awkward and nerdy podcast- my hope, with each episode, is that atleast one person who listens- will leave feeling just a little less alone…with some laughs, perhaps some tears. Overall, whoever hears…you matter, you’re worth it, and you’re not alone!

Just Keep Swimming

For anyone who has ever laid eyes on a Pixar movie. You have to know this phrase and who it comes from. For those who don’t, “Just Keep Swimming” is famously known from a Pixar award winning film called “Finding Nemo”. The Character, Dory, being the one who spoke it. This episode? It’s all about what it means to “just keep swimming”...”to just keep going”. It’s hard. To just keep going sometimes. So that is entirely what this “oh so very short” and ....not professional sounding segment is all about. Whoever listens, from me to you, just keep going!

When Life Gives You Lonely

We’ve all heard that phrase “when life gives you lemons”. Well, I don’t have any lemonade. And the topic is not about life’s lemons. It’s about life’s loneliness. How to cope with it, acknowledge it, talk about it, be real with it. When life gives you lonely...is my first episode. I find it so fitting. My hope is that this first episode, will be heard by someone who really needed it. If the only someone is me because this whole thing flops, then hey, it’s all good. I’ll just go make some lemonade and laugh about it. Anyway, that’s the overall gist. Here’s to the first of many, wether listened to or not.
