This is a community for you to adopt a healthier lifestyle, and have fun doing it!  Always make a list before you grocery shop - or at least have a general idea of what you want to cook so that way you don’t buy food you won’t eat pick recipes with 6 or less ingredientsBuy seasonal Buy bulk Buy whole foods instead of pre chopped/ precut Replace meats a few times a week with plant based sourcesFrozen & canned Bulk fruits & veggies can be cheaper than fresh Be mindful of where you shop- Kroger, Tom Thumb, Whole Foods are usually more expensive than Costco, Trader Joes, Aldi.
