We spend are day's discussing Fantasy Football around the prep table, arguing, fighting, yelling, and throwing food at eachother.Hi Ladies and Gentleman I am Eddie Hawk, I am an avid Fantasy Football player and commissioner for the last ten years of my life. I have also been a Chef for the past 20 years working all over the country.I’ve worked in Florida, Yellowstone N.P, New England, and California.I’m a self taught Chef that prefers french and Italian cuisine.I pride myself on working hard and playing hard. I am the bi-product of refugee parentsIn the jungles and camps of Thailand. Immigrated to the United States in the year 1988 and have been in California since. I moved to San Francisco in 2007 and started my Culinary Career. My other love is sports, there are many like it but Fantasy Football is my game.
