Movember, also known as Men’s Health Awareness Month, is an annual campaign that encourages men to participate in various activities to raise awareness for men’s health issues. This month-long campaign focuses on promoting physical and mental well-being among men, and addressing issues including but not limited to mental health challenges, and suicide prevention. Movember provides a platform for men to discuss their health openly, seek support, and take proactive steps towards a healthier and happier life!
