The value of doing one thing at a time
2021/09/21
For many of us, our self worth can be strongly linked to our productivity. Whether it’s our natural tendency or years of conditioning, it’s time to untangle our worth from our output. Piling a ton of items onto our To Do list can lead to complexity, overwhelm and inefficiency. In this episode I discuss the value of focusing on one or only a few things at a time and how I’m applying this in my own life. Walking Te Araroa with Just a Backpack with Kirsten Owens - Walking the Long Pathway New Zealand
2021/09/14
This episode’s podcast guest is extremely special. She’s one of my best longtime friends, Kirsten Owens. During several months in 2017 and 2018, Kirsten walked Te Araroa, also known as The Long Pathway of New Zealand, carrying a modest pack of belongings with her. Te Araroa is one of the world’s longest walking trails. We discuss Kirsten’s journey which took several months, as well as minimalism, consumerism and the importance of our relationships and experiences over stuff. Episode 32: 50 Shades of Wrong - family vloggers and snark commentary
2021/05/04
I don't usually record these types of episodes. But I had something to say. ___________________________________ Whatever you think of family vloggers, Josh of The Dad Podcast Challenge and Dad Challenge channels certainly has a strong opinion. He can be funny, snarky and downright harsh. Here's my thoughts as a mum on YouTube and social media - reacting to DCP's snark commentary of family vloggers such as Myka Stauffer, Brianna K, Love Meg and Tiffani Beaston.   Do you help need to tidying and updating your wardrobe with the change of seasons?
