I started really pursuing Jesus 20 years ago. At that time I was shown how to study the Word of God and reflect on it. I thought it would be fun to review some of these old journals to see where God had me back then compared to where I am at today. I hope this blesses you as much as it blesses me.

As we continue to lack leadership and allow our emotions to make policy, the mental illness and problems of this country will continue to rise. We need leaders to step up, be wise, and lead with boldness. #mentalillness #mentalawareness #leadership #pkunmiked

I always thought about how I used to be a slave to sin, but once I gave my life to Christ I'm free from that. Which we are, but I have never really mediated about the fact that now I'm a slave to righteousness and Christ in me. I just transferred from one owner to the next. I transferred from being a slave controlled by brokenness, sin, lust, greed, pride, and the evilness of this world. All these things controlled me and dictated my every move hoping I would be destroyed. Now I'm a slave to Christ and a hope, life, righteousness, peace, joy and so much more. I haven't got all my thoughts together yet, but I love where it is heading. #slaves #gospel

While I was stuck in my room with RONA, hating every bit of isolation, I asked God what is the deal with this whole thing? After a week, I read the book of Joel and found some answers.   I would love to hear your feedback and thoughts.   1. Things will happen you can not control. 2. Learn from it and teach it. 3. Fast. Humble yourself. Ask the Lord. Give Him your heart.  4. What lessons are there for me to learn and grow from? 5. Only refuge one can find is in the Lord. 6. Blessings always come.
