Unity Meets Reality explores what happens when empathy becomes action and connection becomes a daily practice. Through reflective storytelling and grounded insight, this podcast reveals how unity shows up in real life - in conversations, relationships, and the quiet moments that change everything. If you're seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and others, this is your space. We are glad you are here! Studies mentioned- a 2025 review in Frontiers in Psychology shows that empathy is not fixed - it shifts depending on the situation, environment and emotional cues around us. A 2023 publication from Cambridge university Press explains that empathy works through two pathways: Cognitive empathy- understanding anthers emotions. Affective empathy- feeling with another person.  This dual process strengthens social connection and prosocial behavior. A 2021 study from the American Psychology Association found that people with a clearer sense of self show stronger empathy and a more likely to help others. As we welcome the New Year, lets make peace with contrast because without it we have nothing to ask for. Differences bring us new ways of learning how to improve our lives. Going in to 2024, lets set down our guns, our greed and all the unnecessary ugliness we are a part of or witnessing. Let’s give up the notion of an eye for an eye, better than less than. The time is now to look deep inside of ourselves and get quiet so we can hear our higher self calling us because those who go forth in the new vibration move forward. Those who don’t, will repeat the past and it is not pretty. This is Nadia Angelini's 2024 forecast..... From Quentin; I am an Artist, Photographer and Digital Creator, living and working in East Sussex, England. I make art about the harmony between Nature and Geometry, looking closely at the beautiful world of Flowers as my inspiration. In my latest series of short animations, I have been exploring the way sacred geometry underpins, many of the organic forms created in the natural world. I have been building this website since 2018 after I changed my lifestyle and went looking for more meaning and purpose. I am constantly searching for new ways to express my fascination with the natural world and sacred geometry, in particular how numbers and patterns underpin all creations. A message from Christ- what the world urgently needs to hear.   Today since the war has erupted in Israel I thought this reading appropriate. This is an audio portion of the book Christ Returns , letter 4, read by E. Thomas Costello The name of the book both in paperback and audio is titled Christ Returns Speaks his truth. The book is by a person who calls herself “ the recorder”. This is what she writes in the forward: First, I would like to explain why I have used the title of recorder in place of my real name. There was never the slightest doubt in my mind, whilst writing these LETTERS, That they emanated from Christ. I have described my reasons for being so sure of this, in my short biography. During the writing of the LETTERS, I was clearly told to leave myself out of the picture that CHRIST’S LETTERS must stand entirely on their own. People must decide for themselves whether the Letters rang true or whether people feel they were fake. I had written down what I had received, I would try to get them out for public scrutiny and whatever happened after that was strictly between the reader of the LETTERS and Christ Consciousness. Christ says: I have come to rectify the misinterpretations placed in the teachings given when known as ‘JESUS’ in Palestine, 2000 years ago. Christ also says:  Because people are on the threshold of a world crisis of enormous proportions, it is vital for survival that I, The Christ, should reach all who will listen. You know little of the true processes of creation in which you, yourselves play a major role. It is imperative you should understand them sufficiently to enable you to embark on the implementation of a higher vision for all of humanity. ‘It is impossible for my spiritual consciousness to take on human form; to enable me to speak to you directly, I have de-programmed and prepared a receptive, obedient mind to receive my Truth and frame it into words. She is my ‘recorder’.’ Join One Worlder's Group https://youequalsme.org/join-contact You Equals Me Foundation- https://youequalsme.org/ Logo Wear- You  Equals Me Esty Store-https://www.etsy.com/shop/YouEqualsMeEtsyStore Support the show
