In this episode, we examine what we are thankful for and being thankful for what you have, instead of always looking for newest thing, or buying the newest thing. Maybe trying to reuse something like a desk or a chair, or refinishing an object by sanding, staining or painting. Some of the Billionaire's around us show some examples of how they still use some of the same objects that they had when they started. Having gratitude in everything and everyone that you have in your life helps you to think of other people rather than just yourself. We return to basics in our martial art training by focusing on using our whole body in our movements and techniques. Doing slow patterns and katas also help to create a strong basis. Giving instead of receiving is also part of our mental training in teaching martial arts.

This includes honing and refining your craft or specialty, like for example owning a business, teacher, electrician, plumber, etc. You can learn something from a Master in that field, from YouTube, or your parents. Don't be afraid to try something or learn something new by attending seminars, trainings, and workshops to better yourself and educate yourself.
