The patient fears surviving his horror story with little relief, and the lack of an alternative would be cruel and unusual punishment. This story is not rare. But it's a horror story of protocol, mixed with the confusion of a competing and counterintuitive medical system. Meanwhile, millions suffer these almost mystifying ailments hiding under the "invisible disease" umbrellas of Neuropathy and Dysautonomia; their lives overshadowed with constant pain, discomfort, and more; with the magnitude of Autoimmune diseases to be the next "cancer."
