There is a saying that, “time heals all wounds.” This is the most regurgitated lie! Time does not heal anything. Healing heals. Healing wounds, heals wounds. It’s that simple. Ignoring and just coping with pain and childhood trauma will not make it go away. You will display unhealthy attachment styles in dating and repeat a lot of toxic relationship patterns. If you keep seeing the same pattern in your life with a different face. The spirit world is presenting you with a lesson and that it is, you will not receive until you have a clean vessel to receive in.

Happy New Year! We all have our own journey and it’s unique to us but what we do have in common is in order to be our most authentic selves we have to love our inner girl wholeheartedly.

Relationship helps us to better understand ourselves. In relationship, we can see where we have improved by better relationships and where we need to do the inner work where we have triggers.

It is important to understand that just because you were vulnerable in the past and taken advantage of does not mean that vulnerability is the cause. It is essential to a deeper connection.
