In this episode, I talk candidly to award winning fashion and costume designer Vicky Gill. Vicky is Head of Wardrobe at the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing and ITV's Dancing On Ice.  She has worked with Kylie Minogue, Girls Aloud and a string of stars. In 2017, Vicky and her colleagues at Strictly Come Dancing won a BAFTA for the Best Entertainment Craft Team.  In 2015 she also won an award at the Royal Television Society for her handiwork. Vicky discusses what her life was like growing up in County Durham and her experiences of studying fashion at Newcastle College of Art. In this episode, I chat to former Strictly Come Dancing Professional Champion, Camilla Sacre Dallerup. Camilla won the UK's Strictly Come Dancing Series 6 with her partner actor Tom Chambers. Their spectacular final show dance has become one of the show's most memorable routines.  Camilla talks candidly about her time on the show and her inspiration for this dance. On leaving the show, Camilla moved to Los Angeles and now spends her time working as a Holistic Wellness and Business Coach.  In the second part of our chat, Camilla talks about her experience as an author of four successful books, meditation, mindfulness, self awareness and tools in how you can change your own life.  As well as being an inspiration in her own right, Camilla also discusses who inspires her. My second guest is rising star of the West End, Ahmed Hamad.   Ahmed has been cast as the lead role in Tim Gilvin’s multi-award-winning one-act musical Stay Awake, Jake, a bold and innovative new musical that tells the story of one man’s journey across England’s deserted motorways in the middle of the night, as he drives from London to Carlisle to be reunited with his girlfriend Sofia. In this podcast, Ahmed talks candidly about his life.  He discusses his training at Arts Educational. My very first guest is Double Olympic Champion, Joanna Rowsell MBE.   Joanna was talented spotted as a young teenager and became a full-time cyclist with British Cycling in Manchester,  Then, within 9 months, she had won her first World title in the Women's Team Pursuit She became Olympic Champion at London 2012.  Then in 2014 she completed the World Championships and Commonwealth Games double with gold medals in the Individual Pursuit. In the 2016 Rio Olympics, she took the gold again with 3 new World records!   In this episode, Joanna talks candidly about her career and incredible achievements.  She also discusses what inspires her and her role as an ambassador for Alopecia UK.
