It's graduation week! I had the opportunity to speak with one of my graduating peers, John Kontoulas. We speak about non-traditional student life and the amount of pressure we face as our final semesters for our first degrees come to a close.

DJ Blanco joins us to discuss finding balance in the life of a full-time DJ and full-time student. Blanco is a sought-after open format DJ in Charlotte nightlife that is able to provide a Latin twist along with several other music genres.

I was blessed with the opportunity to speak with teacher, athlete, and musician Lee Phoenix. We discuss music in the contexts of how it assists during exercise, its potential to be used as therapy, and limiting social constructs derived from society that may limit the scope of music some individuals get exposed to.
