Behavioral change is often gradual and slow and it takes a lot of awareness because if we're not aware of behavior we are not aware that we are actually creating a certain outcome. Behavior change is a big thing, but it rarely ever happens all of a sudden, it takes small steps to change a behavior that is not serving you.  We always have two choices. We can either be the victim of our circumstances or we are taking responsibility for our own actions.
