Episode 51 - Bonus - Tour the Canberra Wine District
2026/06/03
Winederlust is hosting its inaugural tour in the Canberra Wine District.  I moved to Canberra several years and love this city, and I am looking forward to showing it off in August 2026.  One of the best things is that there is a flourishing wine district right on its doorstep!  Listen in to some of the people we'll be meeting and highlights we'll be experiencing on tour - we'll be meeting winemakers (of course!), visiting a truffle farm with lunch by a French chef, a gin and liqueur tasting with an artistic twist, handmade chocolates and a lake cruise.  Even if you don't make the tour, I hope this inspires you to visit our Nation's capital.  For more information on the tour, booking form, terms and conditions, head over to  www.winederlust.au This podcast has been produced and hosted by Jeanene Kennedy of Winederlust Music is All About It by Jamie Lono, licensed through Music Bed Logo artwork is by Odeth Casanova Podcast cover photo by Fran Marshall Winederlust would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land in this podcast, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people.   Feel free to get in touch at [email protected]

Episode 49 - A Family Gap Year in France with Artist, Caroline Jeppeson
2025/08/24
(Season 9 Episode 7) In Season 9 we are detouring from Australia and heading to France.  I am chatting with Artist, Caroline Jeppesen. In 2019 her husband and her took their 3 kids and lived in the seaside town of Argeles-sur-Mer in the South of France for 9 months. The kids went to school, and they hung out indulging in hobbies and some great rose wine.  She shares how she made this happen, the visa process, the great holidays they did from there and things to consider if you'd love to do the same (which is even easier if you don't have kids).  This is the last episode of this series. You can find out more about her art at Instagram, TikTok and at Blue Thumb art: https://bluethumb.com.au/caroline-jeppesen  For all the information discussed on all the episodes go to www.winederlust.au This podcast has been produced and hosted by Jeanene Kennedy of Winederlust. She has some amazing travel tips and if you are in the area, you can spend a day learning more over a lunch with paired wines.
