The church is God’s initiative on earth. He adds people through love and grace, trains and disciplines them for His mission, and calls us to become a “new humanity” that worships and serves generously. Join us to discover what it means to be part of God’s family. Support the show

We all long for the grace of God to abound in our lives. Yet grace is more than forgiveness alone. Grace calls us to repentance—a reorientation of our lives to seek God’s will above every other pursuit. Join us as we explore how God’s grace and repentance work hand in hand. Support the show

We often pray for miracles—asking God to provide, heal, and care for our most pressing needs. Sometimes prayers are answered; other times we wonder if God hears us. So, what are miracles really for? The book of Acts shows they have a dual purpose: to bless us and, more importantly, to bear witness to outsiders and invite them to faith in Jesus. Support the show

What are the essentials of the Christian faith for spiritual growth? The Book of Acts gives us a snapshot of how the early church lived. While we’ve added many elements to our liturgies and structures over the millennia, it’s important to remember the core practices that make the church the church. Not only is this refreshingly simple, it also invites participation from anyone who has faith. Join us this week as we explore four essentials of the church and how you can take part. The early church was unique because the Holy Spirit was given to all believers—not just a select few—to strengthen the church and share Jesus with the world. That’s still true today: you have a place in God’s story. Join us this week as we discover how God calls us to serve Him. Support the show

God blesses us with the Holy Spirit, bringing forgiveness, purpose, and joy that helps us love others. His blessing isn’t for us to keep, but to share. This week, we explore how Pentecost displayed God’s Presence and instantly propelled the gospel to thousands outside the church.  Support the show

The Book of Acts is filled with familiar leaders—Peter, John, and Paul, to name a few. Yet the real heart of the Christian story is not the famous names, but the countless, unseen voices who carried the movement forward. Free and slave, Greek and Jew, men and women—everyone who believed in Jesus was welcomed into God’s family. This radical inclusion—bringing every believer into the fold—changed the course of history. And the same is true today: wherever you are in life, you have a place and a role in God’s story. Join us as we continue our study of Acts. Support the show

We all want to grow spiritually but often times find it hard to do. Jesus gives us the blueprint of what to do and what to avoid to see our faith grow and see the work of God all around us. Join us this weekend as we explore the words of Jesus that will help us grow! Support the show

Forgiveness lies at the core of the Christian faith. The cross gives us access to God and accomplishes the forgiveness of our sins. As we receive Jesus’ grace, we’re called to extend that forgiveness to others. Yet forgiving as Jesus forgave is hard, and the only way it’s possible is to keep His sacrifice at the center of our lives. Join us this week as we explore forgiveness as a commandment of Jesus. Jesus spent about 3 hours on the cross and during this time the course of the world was changed forever. Jesus willingly endured suffering, transferring the sins of the world onto Himself, and demonstrated ultimate love and obedience to the Father. This sacrifice established a foundation of purpose, grace, and salvation, urging us to live rooted in love for God and others. Join us this week as we remember the love of Christ for us.
