Hennessy torture gang apologise to victim who was branded with the word 'rat'

Three brothers and a father and son who tortured a man, threatened him with rape and branded him with the word ‘rat’ apologised for their roles in the assault, with one even telling a court he holds ‘no ill will’ to his victim. The messages were delivered during a sentence hearing of Jason and Brandon Hennessy along with Kenneth Fitzsimons and his son Dean who pleaded guilty to assaulting causing harm to Barry Moore.  Eldest brother Devon Hennessy had earlier pleaded guilty to falsely imprisoning Moore and assisting a criminal organisation to inflict serious harm on him before it became apparent the victim was not going to give evidence.
