We don't have to react with sinful muscle memory. We can retrain our bodies to naturally act as our ally in Christlikeness.

Our best intentions to act in God-honoring ways can be defeated by automatic responses of our bodies which have been trained over our lives in a broken world.

Feelings in our lives are like dandelions in our yard. Here is Scripture's teaching on how to address them and transform them

Meant to be our servants as apprentices of Jesus, our FEELINGS have taken control of our lives and become our masters.

By filtering, boiling, and diluting, in partnership with God our thoughts can be purified and our thinking transformed so that we can grow to have a mind like Jesus.

Transformation of our thoughts begins with realizing that our ideas, images, information, and our ability to think have been deeply contaminated by the world around us and by ourselves.

It became (becomes) contaminated by our thoughts, feelings, body tendencies, and people in our lives

Transformation begins in our HEARTS -- that deep WELL out of which the buckets of attitudes and actions inevitably flow. That WELL is our WILL.

Learn this pattern for successful change in ANY area of life

Is it just for the religious curve-wreckers, the savants, or the 'freaks' or is it offered to anyone who will come to Jesus, join him in the yoke, and learn from him as his apprentice?

Does it only happen in the hereafter, or is it available in the here-and-now?

I'm pretty nice, and lots of people -- even irreligious people -- I know are pretty nice. Why do I need to deeply change? I like my life the way it is.

To what extent does the Bible teach God can change us?

We are told to read the Bible, study it, memorize and meditate on it, and teach it to others. But why? What is it intended to DO to us and in us? What is it's SO WHAT?

The story of Jesus in a way you likely never heard it before!
