Karma is a result of the energy that we ALLOW to flow through us. When we have pure intentions, we build good karma. Now a days, people use the term "Narcissist" very casually without having a true understanding of this condition. In this episode, I discuss the nature of a narcissist, as well as the nature of codependency. Many people don't realize that they're codependent until they've had a relationship with a narcissist. This dynamic is meant to lead them to their spiritual awakening.

When it comes to choices, there are no mistakes in life....only lessons. The choices that we make are tied into our life lessons. It was destined for us to mess up so that we can master ourselves. Thoughts are energy and whatever we focus on grows. When our level of consciousness is low, we don't have a wide variety of thoughts to choose from. When this happens, we end up focusing on low quality thoughts, which attract low quality experiences. In this episode, I talk about why it's so important to tame our thoughts, as well as what we can do to shift them.

When we're unsure of ourselves and lack self trust, we look to others for validation. The problem with this is they may not be able to relate to us, therefore, they're not able to acknowledge what we feel. When we don't acknowledge our feelings and deal with them, it literally causes health problems. In this episode, I talk about the importance of validating ourselves, as well what happens when we don't.

Life is all about choices, and sometimes, we make choices or get involved in situations that push us away from our true paths. When this happens, God steps in to intervene. Although this happens for our highest good, sometimes, these experiences can be uncomfortable or unfavorable. In this episode, I talk about the different ways that God intervenes in our lives.

Through out life, we're taught to "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." And while this may seem like it's just "philosophy".... it's as real as it gets. This is true because energy works like a boomerang. Whatever energy we put out into the world, it will always come back to us. In this episode, I talk about karma, and how it's connected to our choices and intentions.

Life is all about choices, and these choices influence the direction of our lives. When we're going in the wrong direction, God tries to communicate with us through signs and symbols, as well as certain thoughts. And we pick up on these things with our intuition. We know that self love is the best love, however, most people view self love from a surface level point of view. They mainly see it as pampering themselves and keeping up with their looks, which is definitely an aspect of self love...but it's only a small aspect compared to the bigger picture. In this episode, I talk about the importance of being authentic and honoring ourselves, which is the hallmark of self love. 

The ultimate goal is to raise our vibration. When we raise our vibration, we attract better people, situations, and circumstances in our lives. We also feel better and lighter. This is not an overnight process though, and it takes determination and strength to keep going. In this episode, I give insight into how our mind works and how it can help or hinder our ability to keep moving forward. 

We all have light and dark energies within us. When we're balanced, we predominantly operate from our light energy, but when it's called for, we can operate in our shadow side in order to protect ourselves and others. A lot of us, however, predominantly operate from our shadow side because we're carrying traumas and emotional baggage.
