How Did We Lose the Divine Feminine? Meet Asherah!
2026/10/01
About 2,600 years ago, God’s female counterpart was stricken from official religious life in ancient Israel and buried deep. But she has a name, and it’s been found on ancient shards of pottery. Here’s who she was, how she disappeared, and how she kept showing up, in the Bible and in my own life.
What Is the Divine Feminine?
Feminine energy is collaborative, warm, nurturing, and compassionate. It’s about being in the flow, moving with life’s natural rhythms, and creativity. Also included is trusting your intuition, that innate and divine gift everyone has.
Plus, there’s receptivity, which means being open to receive love, learning to relax, and just be. The need to always be active and doing is a more masculine trait.
However, the divine feminine is not tied to gender. Regardless of sex, we all have both divine masculine and divine feminine energy within us.
Asherah, the Goddess Removed from the Bible
Asherah was a prominent mother goddess in the Canaanite religion, associated with fertility, motherhood, and sacred groves. In ancient texts from the 13th century BCE, she was depicted as the partner of the high god, known as El.
But in the smaller kingdom of Israel, they wanted to focus on just one god, so she was erased from the ancient biblical texts and lost to us.
However, archaeologists found writing on pottery in ancient Israel and Judah, from the 8th and 7th centuries BCE, that invokes “Yahweh and his Asherah.” That suggests some Israelites believed Yahweh had a divine feminine counterpart.
If you grew up with any Abrahamic religious teaching, there’s a good chance nobody ever mentioned her name. When I found this out, I was outraged. I thought, “They changed the Bible and took out the goddess.! How could they!”
How the Divine Feminine Got Lost
Asherah worship was removed during King Josiah’s reforms about 2,600 years ago. Scholars point to three overlapping forces:
1) A push to worship Yahweh alone as the one God
2) Political control gained by closing local shrines
3) A patriarchal shift that left less room for feminine divine imagery.
That’s the official story. But the feminine was never fully gone. They could never erase her, even if they took her out of the religious texts. Some traditions survived underground or were transformed into something more acceptable to the religious culture of the time. For example, the Shekinah, a feminine noun in Hebrew, came to stand for the divine spirit within us.
The Divine Feminine Kept Showing Up
Next, the divine feminine reappears later in history as Sophia, which is actually the Greek word for wisdom. Maybe the goddess was no longer welcome in a religious context, but wisdom still was1
In the book of Proverbs, Wisdom speaks in her own voice, as a woman, and says she was with God before creation. In the Greek book, The Wisdom of Solomon, from the 1st century BCE, Sophia guides and protects Israel and is connected with creation, salvation, and divine knowledge.
Later in Gnostic Christianity, a branch the church later rejected, she is a central figure in a story of a broken world and its redemption.
Now here’s a really big spot where Sophia shines. In Constantinople, now Istanbul, a great church was named Hagia Sophia, meaning Holy Wisdom. It was dedicated to Christ as the Wisdom of God. But keep this in mind, one of the most famous buildings in the world took its name from wisdom herself. They didn’t fully bury the divine feminine.
Wisdom has a human face, too. The Old Testament has two wise women in Samuel, who advised and negotiated. One of them talks a general out of destroying her city. That’s very wise.
Today, I introduce myself as a wise woman, and it turns out we’ve been recognized for our wisdom for eons. You can find this language in England from the middle ages into the 1800s, and also in Germany and Scandinavia.
Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary
Other women bring the feminine forward in early Christianity. Mary Magdalene shows up as a disciple, a witness to the resurrection, and a spiritual seeker and knower. Some ancient documents, like the Nag Hammadi texts found in Egypt in 1945, suggest that she and Jesus were life partners and that the other apostles were upset because he showed himself to her first.
Christianity gave Mother Mary an enormous spiritual role but focused only on virginity, purity, and motherhood. We know women are much more than that. The idea that she remained a virgin her whole life wasn’t initially in the text. It showed up that way over time.
The Come Back of Divine Feminine Today
In the early 1990s, I saw a segment on 60 Minutes about the rise of Goddess groups, and I fell head over heels for the idea. I started one in my living room in Connecticut. We met once a month to explore a spiritual path that included the sacred feminine in a way I hadn’t experienced growing up.
One ritual came to me intuitively. We stood in a circle, one woman held a bowl, and another poured water into it, a way to practice receiving. It went around until every woman had poured and received.
Looking back, something much bigger than my little gathering was happening. Women were rediscovering something largely absent from mainstream religious culture. It had been building for decades, from the push for the vote, to the equality movement of the 1960s.
Today, think of how many people follow the moon cycles with ceremonies for the full and new moon. That’s divine feminine energy too. The feminine was never really completely banished. She was buried, and eventually women felt a calling and dug her up.
The Divine Feminine Taught Me About Love
For many years, I worked in the corporate world, where I had to operate in a more masculine mode. This was decisive, competitive, firm, productive, strategic, and willing to push things forward. Those qualities served me well. But when I wanted to attract a loving romantic partner, Discovering how I couldn’t use that same energy for dating and get the results I hoped for, changed everything.
I needed to reclaim a part of myself that had been hidden on the road to success in business. Instead of demanding a relationship, I learned how to invite a man into my world.iscovering how to make requests in a way a man could hear, appreciate, and want to respond to. I learned to soften my energy without losing my strength.
I dated 30 men in 15 months to find the man I’ve been happily married to for over 20 years. And the truth is, I’m still refining those lessons. I shared this novel approach with my clients as a dating coach for over 20 years.
That’s where the divine feminine became real for me. Feminine energy is far from passive, powerless, or submissive. It can influence without force, invite and inspire instead of chase, and receive as well as give.
It’s helpful to know when to push or receive, when to speak or listen, when to make something happen or make room for it. This is a very different kind of power from the one I relied on in my corporate days.
Divine Feminine on the Rise
I had this thought as I was pulling this podcast episode together. Maybe the goddess has been here all along. Rather than her rising, maybe we’ve reclaimed our freedom and right to recognize and work with her.
Women today can trust their intuition, connect with feminine wisdom, and celebrate the divine feminine without asking anyone’s permission. Many of us come to it through a spiritual path rather than a religious one.
Feminine energy is strong. It’s inviting and magnetic, warm and alluring, receptive and enjoyable. There’s pleasure in it. Her names were taken away, but her qualities could never be erased, because humanity needs both the masculine and the feminine.
How Can You Practice Receiving?
Notice a moment when you’re pushing, and ask yourself whether it would work better if you learned to receive instead. Opening to receive might create flow or solutions you need. Maybe you get a compliment that makes you smile, an offer of help, or an idea that shows up out of nowhere. Let it in. See what happens.

Who was Asherah? Asherah was a Canaanite mother goddess associated with fertility, motherhood, and sacred groves. Ancient texts from around the 13th century BCE name her as the partner of the high god El, and inscriptions from ancient Israel and Judah mention “Yahweh and his Asherah.” Scholars debate how to read that phrase.
Why was Asherah removed from Israelite religion? Under King Josiah’s reforms about 2,600 years ago, worship of Asherah was removed from official religion. What’s the difference between Asherah and Sophia? Asherah was worshipped as a goddess tied to fertility, motherhood, trees, and the land, part of everyday religion in ancient Israel. Sophia, the Greek word for wisdom, is about why the world feels broken and how it can be healed. One is rooted in earth and body, the other reaches toward the divine.
Did the divine feminine really disappear? No. The divine feminine survived in other forms after Asherah was removed from official worship. She showed up as the Shekinah, as Wisdom in Proverbs, and as Sophia in early Christianity. Her name was taken away, but her qualities, including intuition, compassion, and receptivity, were never erased.
So Where Is She Now? Asherah, God’s female counterpart, was removed from the official Israelite religion about 2,600 years ago. Scholars point to three forces: a push for monotheism, political control, and a shift toward patriarchy. She lived on as the Shekinah, as Wisdom in Proverbs, and as Sophia in early Christianity.
What part of the divine feminine survived? Wisdom, intuition, the sacredness of the body, our connection with nature, our power to create, compassion, receptivity, women
Scary AI Headlines? 4 Ways to Respond and Keep Calm
2026/09/24
AI headlines making you anxious? Try four ways to keep calm, regulate your nervous system and take your finger off the panic button today.
When Jacob Coxon, an AI researcher, quit his Silicon Valley job at Anthropic on September 8th, he said AI could end us all by the close of this decade.
Yikes, that’s scary. If you’re tired of these AI shock-and-horror headlines and want to know how to respond and keep calm, here are four ways that actually work, plus my honest, intuitive take that I want to share.
Why AI Headlines Hit So Hard
I’m tired of these AI shock and horror headlines. Even though there are no controls yet, this is a real concern. Honestly, many other world events get hyped the same way. They are written to freak us out and grab eyeballs to improve web stats and make money for advertisers. While these are real problems, the choice of words used makes everything worse.
I can’t deny there isn’t something to many of these issues, from war to AI to concern about food production. But right now, I can’t move to any other world. The transport hasn’t been created and there’s no one to receive us yet on the moon or Mars. So, I’m stuck here on Earth and left to my own devices. That’s why I must find some brave way to “keep calm and carry on,” as the saying goes.
Metaphysical Tools Help You Keep Calm
Having studied, taught, and applied a wide range of metaphysical learning over the last 30+ years, I have a lot of material to draw upon. What’s needed are super easy, proven methods to keep us from panicking and to regulate our nervous systems.
After all, you can’t live a peaceful, joy-filled life with your finger on the panic button 24/7. That just keeps you on high alert and makes you terribly edgy. Me too! So below, you’ll find four powerful, yet methods to help you stay regulated.
1. Take a Break From the News Feed
You don’t need to read every article or know every detail. In fact, that’s a proven way to intensify your anxiety. The best thing you can do right now is put the phone down and stay away from screens.
If that’s not possible, limit your check-ins to once or twice a day. You aren’t going to miss anything vital. Someone will tell you if anything catastrophic happens.
2. Use Sound to Regulate Your Vibe
There are many ways to incorporate sound into a calming practice that regulates your nervous system. Try a few to discover what works best for you.
A. Listen to spiritual chanting or prayers. Most religions use the voice as part of their service, and there’s a solid reason. Singing of any kind raises your frequency. It lifts your energy above whatever is impacting your emotions.
B. Listen to solfeggio frequencies. This range of tones, conceptualized by Dr. Joseph Puleo, is used in sound healing today and there are plenty of good musical and meditation choices on YouTube:
396 Hz for releasing fear and guilt
417 Hz for clearing trauma
528 Hz often called the “love” or “transformation” frequency
639 Hz for relationships and connection
741 Hz for expression and problem-solving
852 Hz for spiritual order and intuition,
963 Hz for connection to higher consciousness.
C. Go to a sound bath. In person is best, because you can literally feel the music vibrate in your body. If you can’t get there, sound baths can also be found on YouTube.
D. Sing your favorite songs. Nothing beats belting out a few show tunes or songs from your favorite band to pick up your spirits and uplift your frequency.
E. Hum. Humming is a proven mood elevator. It also releases nitric oxide, a molecule your body naturally produces that relaxes blood vessels, improves blood flow. Plus, it has a broader calming effect on the parasympathetic system.
3. Make Yourself Happy
Whatever healthy things you can do to make yourself happy, do more of that. Call a friend, have a meal out, snuggle with your partner, watch silly animal videos or funny movies. Doodle, paint, play an instrument, read a book. Sometimes laughter and connection are the very best medicine for calming your nerves.
Spend time with your family. Play games or watch old family videos. Go out in nature. Walk by the water, pick apples, bake a pie. Life is filled with fun things to do. Find them and do them more often. Don’t put off the fun in life because it’s actually essential for your own well-being.
4. The Five-Question Method
This method has roots in the coaching training I received more than 20 years ago, and I’ve added a fifth question and adapted it for this exact “scary headlines” situation. These five questions bring you back into the present moment to feel calmer and more in charge:
Is this information true? Is it a fact or a prediction?
Do I find this information helpful?
Can I do anything about it?
What does this way of thinking keep me locked into?
What would I rather be thinking?
Today, it’s hard to know what’s true, since many news sources present information with their own bias. That’s not how the news used to be delivered. When you go through these questions one at a time, you’re faced with a rational approach to whatever the news or social media is presenting.
Because you don’t know if the information is true, that also makes it hard to know if what they’re saying is helpful.
But when people like Coxon quit their AI jobs because AI might take over by the end of this decade, that’s a massive statement. Is it true? We have no way of knowing, and I’ll share where my gut lands on this massive quandary below.
Keep Asking Questions
That’s why the third question asking what can I do about the problem, hits hard. What can I do about AI taking over the world? Zero, nada, zilch, nothing. You and I cannot do a single thing to save us from AI. So, why spend energy on something where you have no power?
That’s a reason not to spend much time on the newsfeed. If anything serious happens, someone will tell you.
With the fourth question, asking what this news about AI keeps you locked into? That’s fear! The more you read, think and talk about it, the worse the fear can get. Right now there is no solution. We can only hope there will be a few grownups in government who will put up the guard rails.
In the fifth question, your power comes back online. What would you rather be thinking about? When you get to choose what you spend your time thinking about and doing, you’re back in charge of your life. MY hope is that you choose happier thoughts and topics.
My Take on the AI Situation
This is my honest take, and it’s intuitive, not proof. I don’t believe this is how the story of humanity ends. Something in my gut says annihilation isn’t the direction we’re headed.
Remember Y2K? Years of fear and preparation ands when the clock rolled around to 2000, what happened to the computers?
Nothing!
Yes, the risk right now is real enough that people inside these companies are standing up to state this possibility. But people on the inside taking a stand is the good news.
Even Daniel Kokotajlo, the researcher who wrote the original scenario predicting AI could take over by 2027, has since pushed his own timeline back. If the person who built the doomsday clock keeps resetting it, that tells you that these predictions aren’t so solid. They’re already being revised, and that’s more good news.
I keep coming back to the movie I, Robot. Will Smith’s character doesn’t save the day with a better computer or robot. He does it with his human stubbornness, instinct, and heart. I believe that’s the same combination that will get us through this difficult time as well.
This is How Change Begins
This is what’s essential about Coxon speaking up. His post reached over 100 million people. It got Anthropic’s own alignment lead to say publicly that the company doesn’t yet have a plan to solve safety for superintelligence.
While that isn’t comforting on the surface, it’s exactly how change happens. Someone brave refuses to stay quiet, the pressure builds, and the people with power to act have to respond in the daylight.
Public attention is part of how safeguards and regulation actually get built. You watching, caring, and talking about it is not nothing. But you can’t stay glued to that spot and live a healthy, happy life.
I can’t tell you what AI will or won’t do in the future. Nobody can, no matter how many followers their doomsday post gets. What I can tell you is that living every day like the sky is about to fall does its own kind of damage to your body, your sleep, your relationships, and your joy.
That’s the part you have full control over, starting right now. You don’t need 100% certainty about the future to take your finger off the panic button today and remember to breathe, relax, and enjoy life.
So Where Is the Calm?
Give the news feed a break – you won’t miss anything vital
Use sound (chanting, solfeggio, sound baths, singing, or humming) to raise your vibe and regulate your nervous system
Make yourself happy on purpose, every day
Run scary headlines through the five-question method before you let them bother you
You don’t need certainty about the future to take your finger off the panic button today
FAQs
How do I stop panicking about scary AI news? Take a break from your news feed, use sound like humming or chanting to calm your nervous system, do things that make you happy, and run the headline through five grounding questions before letting it take hold.
Does humming actually calm you down? Yes. Humming is a proven mood elevator that also releases nitric oxide, a molecule your body naturally produces that relaxes blood vessels, improves blood flow, and calms the parasympathetic nervous system.
What are solfeggio frequencies? Solfeggio frequencies are a set of tones, popularized by Dr. Joseph Puleo, used in sound healing to shift mood and energy. Each frequency, from 396 Hz to 963 Hz, is associated with a different emotional or
Flower Essences Offer Emotional Rescue
2026/09/17
Flower essences represent the spirit of the plant, offering a safe and effective method for emotional healing and self-discovery. They can help you gently navigate life’s transitions, ease anxiety, calm a restless nervous system, and deepen your self-trust.
How Colleen Came to Work with Flower Essences
Colleen Schaffer has been passionately curious about flowers and plants since she was a little girl. She recently left a 20-year career in corporate real estate to work with flowers, plants, and offer energy healing full time.
While looking at my intuitive Edge website to prepare for this episode, Colleen realized “This is literally why I left my career. You have to remember how magical you are.” Her favorite place to be is still outside. She loves looking at plants and seeing what’s popping up. As she says, “there’s a lot that we can learn just through observation.” If you look closely at a plant, she insists you can often get real clues about its healing properties.
What Is a Flower Essence?
A flower essence represents the spirit of the plant. Colleen explains that it’s made by placing fresh flowers into water, creating an infusion with sunlight. From there, you dilute the essence several times, so it works like a homeopathic remedy. In a way, what remains is the electrical or energetic information of the flower, which is the highest expression of the plant. This kind of remedy works well with your own energy and electrical system.
It’s a very safe way of healing and working through emotional issues. As Colleen puts it, flower essences are great for people learning to heal themselves and trust their own intuition. You really can’t go wrong with them, take it the wrong way, or take too much. They are so gentle.
The mother formula is preserved with alcohol and for this, Colleen usually reaches for 100-proof vodka. Others prefer to preserve it with brandy. For the dosage bottles she sends home with clients, she often uses a red shiso base instead. This is a plant-based alternative for anyone sensitive to alcohol.
When Flowers Talk Back
Before making an essence, Colleen sits with the plant to get to know it. She doesn’t feel like she receives messages from angels or spirits — but she does get insights from the plants themselves. “It sounds like my own voice in my head,” she says, “but it’s smarter than me and way more insightful.”
I have my own version of this. Over 30 years ago, setting up pots on my first front porch, I was about to plant dahlias when I heard, “Plant me in a big pot because I’m going to grow big.” There was no effort made to communicate with plants. I’d never heard a plant talk before.
The Findhorn Garden in Scotland open this amazing even more for me. In the late 1960s, the founders — broke, having lost their jobs in hotel management, working land that wasn’t built for growing anything — were guided to plant a garden anyway. One was drawn to nature spirits and elementals, one received messages from God, another talked with what she called the overlighting angels of the land.
They’d need wood, and it would fall off a truck in the road. And the garden grew cabbages that weighed 40 pounds. Reading about this sent me down an enchanting rabbit hole of nature-spirit stories. I also read The Elves at Lily Hill Farm, which is about a vineyard tended by unseen helpers.
Working with any plant can bring back that same childlike wonder. How does a maple tree know how many leaves it needs? How does a little whirling seed become a whole tree?
One year, I noticed my maple trees had flowers. They were tiny green ones I’d never spotted before. There’s a lot to learn if you can settle yourself, relax, and actually open your eyes.
How Colleen Works with Clients
When Colleen works with Reiki clients, the essence that person needs will come as a vision or its name will come to mind. That’s what guides the personalized bottle she sends home with them afterward, pulled from hundreds of formulas she’s built over the years.
Sometimes one essence is the most powerful thing you can use. Other times Colleen blends two to six. Some commercial formulas go much further like Green Hope Farm’s anxiety blend which uses close to 30 different flowers.
According to Colleen, plant medicine is intelligent enough to go where they’re needed, the same way energy work does this. What’s meant to find you will find you.
I was drawn to Wild Oat, during a stretch of feeling a little lost about my direction. Colleen loves working with this essence too. She had one client stay on it for months, feeling calmer while she worked through a big decision. Colleen compares the way Wild Oat feels to, “a bowl of oatmeal that’s warm and comforting.”
Flower Essences vs. Tinctures – Not the Same
Colleen also makes tinctures, which is an herbal remedy meant for something closer to a medicinal response. An alcohol-based tincture gets into your bloodstream faster to address a physical issue and often use of the plant than just the flower.
Flower essences are a different tool entirely. They’re made to address emotional situations and peel away the layers beneath the surface.
Rescue Remedy (and the related Five Flower Essence formula) is the most common first flower essence people use. These remedies are created to help with something urgent and even safe for kids and animals. I watched my friend calm her fear of heights while on a tram that climbed to the top of a mountain. A few drops worked beautifully!
There are lots of remedies for anxiety, like Bach flower Rescue Remedy lozenges. Tulsi tea soothes your nervous system. So does skullcap, which I’ve taken before bed to settle the nervous system and sleep better. When you start looking up what helps with anxiety, lots of options will surface.
Where to Start
Colleen’s advice for anyone curious but new to all this is to start by going outside. Not necessarily with flowers from a garden center. Feel free to connect with the weeds coming up behind the shed or whatever’s growing through a crack in the sidewalk.
Find something you don’t recognize and look it up. A simple Google image search works, or an app like PlantNet.
From there, think about the emotional situation you’re in, then look up a remedy that fits. Colleen believes in using your intuition as the real backup, but you can also search the books. While she has plenty of references material, the final check is always with herself.
Even holding an unfamiliar bottle in your hand for a minute will tell you something. Notice how you feel. Do you feel relaxed? That’s probably a good match. Feeling buzzy or uptight? That’s probably not the right remedy, at least not right now.
If you’ve ever listened to my podcast or read my newsletter, than you know I’m all about trusting yourself. Whatever comes to mind first — don’t question it. That’s the answer, so go with it.
Key Flower Magic Takeaways
Flower essences work on the emotional level, not the physical one. They’re for feelings, not symptoms, and you genuinely can’t “take them wrong.”
You don’t need a garden to start. The weeds behind your shed or coming up through the sidewalk carry just as much information as anything from a store.
The Bottle Test: Hold the flower essence remedy bottle and notice how you feel. If you feel relaxed, that means it’s a match. Buzzy or uptight means keep looking.
Rescue Remedy is the simplest place to start if you want something for an urgent, in-the-moment situation and it’s safe for kids and pets, too.
Your first instinct is almost always the right one. Don’t talk yourself out of it.

Guided Journey Into Inner Wisdom And What Mine Revealed
2026/09/10
Recently, I came to realize, the archway in my Midlife Magic logo isn’t just a pretty design element. It’s actually a portal and the opening to midlife magic itself. So, I decided to find out what would happen if I walked through it in a meditative journey.
That’s the beauty of a guided journey. You close your eyes, you set an intention, and you let your imagination and your inner wisdom take you somewhere that your everyday thinking mind would never go on its own.
I’ve done this work for years, but two recent journeys of my own reminded me exactly why I love it and why I created an event around it.
What Is a Guided Journey?
A guided meditative journey is a form of inner wisdom work where you use visualization to travel somewhere with your imagination to bring back an answer. You’re not being told what to think or feel. You simply ask a question, then follow the imagery that your inner wisdom creates.
Sometimes the answer shows up like a video, as you step through a portal into a meadow. Other times it’s a single image, a memory, a feeling, or a knowing that arrives with no explanation at all.
There isn’t one right way for it to unfold, and that’s part of what makes a guided journey so different from a typical meditation. I’s not about simply relaxing or quieting your mind, but retrieving a message or solution.
Blue Beings with a Simple Message
For my first journey, which I emailed details about the other day, I closed my eyes, took a few deep breaths, and called in my guides and angels. I set the intention to only connect with beings of 100% light, and I asked for help bringing more fun, laughter, and connection into my life.
Then I stepped through the archway in my mind.
Here’s the short version of what transpired. I found myself in a meadow with tall grass, yellow and white butterflies, and warm sun on my skin. Next, a bubble appeared, and something told me it was there to take me off world.
I arrived in a room with three blue, human-like beings sitting on a couch, like shining lights. They were calm and I felt safe. They addressed my intention immediately, before I said a word. Their answer was laughably simple: “Breathe in fun, laughter, and connection. Just inhale the energy you want.”
This message got me thinking. While most advice out there treats raising your vibration like an emotional ordeal, its also possible that every energetic upgrade doesn’t have to be a battle. Some things really can be as simple as breathing. And, if I get to choose between hard and easy, I’ll choose easy every time.
A Peacock and a Fish
For the second journey, my question was more open-ended, “What do I need to know today?”
I found myself at the edge of a coastal estuary with a kayak waiting for me on the shore. As I paddled through calm water, I spotted a peacock high in a tree. It spread its tail feathers wide,. How beautiful!
I heard it’s message clearly, “It’s time to show the world your colors and let people see what you’re all about.” After thinking about this for a bit, it came to me that I’m still putting off creating videos, and this felt like a direct nudge to do that and be bolder.
The next thing that happened was a large fish jumped across the bow of my kayak from right to left. To me, this signals going back in time. The instruction that followed was strange, “Go back in time to change an unsatisfactory memory and make it work out better.
A situation from 2005 immediately surfaced. I was working on a telesummit with a partner that fell apart when her coach convinced her she didn’t need to work with me. I was devastated and ended up running the event alone with eleven authors. It took me weeks to recover afterward.
In the journey, I didn’t try to change the falling-out. Instead, I reimagined running that same event solo, but with only six authors instead of eleven. This version felt manageable instead of overwhelming. I sat with that new memory until it felt real, and something shifted.
I hadn’t asked to revisit 2005. I’d simply asked what I needed to know for the day, and my inner wisdom knew exactly where to take me to what was ready to be healed.
Why Inner Work Beats Overthinking
Both of these journeys show me something that I come back to again and again. Your inner wisdom doesn’t can provide guidance in a number of ways.
It might drop you into an unexpected scene, show you a single image, or hand you a memory to revisit. You might suddenly have knowledge that you aren’t sure how you came by, have a feeling that brings in certainty, or hear a voice with a message.
A guided journey its helpful because it bypasses the part of your brain that overthinks and second-guesses. You’re not thinking about an answer, you’re receiving one. That’s a very different process than sitting with a journal and trying to reason your way through a decision. Or find some new understanding about a situation.
This is why so many of my clients get clarity quickly, through this intuitive work rather than months of thinking could provide.
This Is the Magic
There are many ways to access your inner wisdom and guided journeys are one of the most powerful. They’re also a lot of fun!
A guided journey uses visualization and intention to help your inner wisdom answer a question your thinking mind can’t provide. The message might arrive as a scene, an image, a memory, a feeling, or a simple knowing.
Not every energetic shift has to be hard. Sometimes the simplest approach, like a few conscious breaths, is genuinely enough.
A guided journey can be used to revisit and reframe a difficult memory, changing how you experience it going forward.
You don’t have to have meditation experience or be highly intuitive to get results
You Can Try Inner Wisdom Journeys
These stories about my personal inner journeys are exactly why I created Inner Wisdom Journeys, a monthly guided journey held live over Zoom.
Group journeying amplifies the energy in a way solo work can’t never achieve. Everyone takes the same journey, but each person comes away with a truly unique experience. You might encounter a memory, an image, a feeling, or a knowing that’s specific to their own question.
September 17, 2026 is the first event and the theme is discovering what message your future self has waiting for you.
What to Expect
I kick things off with a short welcome and time to set your intention.
I’ll guide you through a 20-minute journey.
Your imagination and inner wisdom do the work for you.
There’s time to share what you discovered.
I’ll help you understand your message, if needed.

FAQs
What is a guided journey? A guided journey is a visualization practice where you set an intention or have a question, then follow the imagery, feelings, or your imagination to uncover an answer from your inner wisdom, spirit guides, or intuition, rather than reasoning your way to the information.
Do I need meditation experience to do a guided journey? No. A guided journey only requires an open mind and your imagination. You don’t need prior meditation practice or to consider yourself especially intuitive to receive meaningful insight.
How is a guided journey different from a regular meditation? A regular meditation is often focused on relaxation. A guided journey is focused on retrieval. It takes you somewhere else to gather an answer, image, or insight tied to a question you bring with you.
Can a guided journey help with a specific decision or understanding a situation? Yes. Bringing a specific question into a guided journey often reveals clarity, an unexpected memory, or a direct message that speaks to the decision, or situation, offering a next step your everyday mind might not have considered. It can also provide confirmation of something you’ve been thinking about.
What happens during the Inner Wisdom Journeys session? Each monthly session opens with intention-setting, followed by a 20-minute guided journey on that month’s theme. There’s time for sharing your insights, and I can help interpret any messages that came through if needed.

The Clouds Parted. The Sunshine Beamed. Did I Really Do That?
2026/09/03
I asked the clouds to disperse and about twenty minutes later to my amazement, they did. Manifesting sunshine actually worked!
This story might make you wonder what’s actually possible when you stop complaining about your circumstances and start asking for what you do want. There’s a much bigger application for what I learned that can help you live the life you want.
My Beach Day Started With a Dilemma
My friend wanted to go to a specific beach that required a town sticker. I didn’t have one. Getting that sticker meant a trip to the town office, and I wasn’t in the mood for a line or bureaucratic energy. I didn’t want the hassle, but I decided to make it work.
The morning started with a clear blue sky. By the time my friend arrived, clouds had rolled in. We drove to the tax assessor’s office anyway, and I braced myself for a wait.
I opened the office door and to my surprise, there was a window available. Five minutes later I was back in my car with the sticker on my bumper. If you’ve ever stood in a town office line, you know five minutes is a small miracle.
Disappointing Weather
We arrived at the beach, plunked down our chairs and sat down under the clouds and strong wind. My friend immediately reached for a sweatshirt. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the perfect August beach day we’d hoped for.
We could have packed up and spent time complaining about the weather. But we didn’t. Instead, we chatted for a while, catching up. Then I commented on the wind and my friend made a suggestion that was so interesting. She said, “Let’s talk to the wind and see if it has a message for us.”
We settled in, closed our eyes, and tuned in. The message I received was about clearing. The wind was loosening what didn’t serve me, and the sand and water were there to ground me and clear old, stuck energy. My friend received something similar.
Speaking to the Wind and Clouds
From there, more ideas came about talking to the wind. We asked the wind to calm down. Then the sun popped through a small hole in the clouds – it was like a sun doughnut hole. A thought thought came to me – ask the clouds to create more holes for the sunshine. And the sun did break through several more times.
We didn’t leave didn’t fixate on these requests. Just asked and went back to chatting. We kept our feet in the sand and enjoyed what was.
Eventually, I decided to just go for it and asked the clouds to dissipate. I asked, “Don’t you want to disperse and clear so we can see blue sky and sunshine? Come on, I know you want to do that.” I said this in a fun and teasing, playful way.
Then my friend and I became reabsorbed in conversation and forgot all about it.
What Happened 20-Minutes Later
About twenty minutes later, I looked up and realized the wind had calmed to a breeze. When did that happen? And suddenly, the sky above us was blue. Previously, the clouds that had been parked overhead and totally motionless for hours. But now they were at the far edges of the visual sky.
Now, could there be a meteorological explanation? Maybe. But the experience itself was undeniable. For about 45 minutes, we sat in the warm, bright sunshine of a day late in August, on a day that had started out gray and blustery. I like to think I had something to do with that and take the credit.
Then next thought was, why hadn’t I been more specific and asked for two hours of sun? Maybe that would have been possible. By this time, it was 4pm and the clouds had drifted back as the wind had picked back up. We felt done, so we packed up and headed home.
The Lesson Was Bigger than the Weather
Today, thinking back over these events, it hit me. How often do I do spend time complaining, rather than enjoying what is? And how often do I just ask for what I want rather than spending time resisting what is?
The minute something goes wrong, I start talking about what’s wrong with it. I say how unfair it is, how frustrating it is, what isn’t working for me. I feel dissatisfied and resistant to what is happening.
That’s okay. Sometimes you need to get something off your chest. But what comes after the venting matters just as much. Do you stop there? Or, do you start to focus on what you do want?
This is a question about where you are putting your energy. Complaining, resisting, feeling frustrated, these are all energy drains if they continue for too long. When you share your complaints with everyone, you are pumping that energy out into the Universe.
“I don’t want this job” is a very different comment than “here’s what I do want.” The first keeps you circling the problem, while the second moves you to invest energy and time into what you do want.
We could have spent that whole beach day complaining about the wind and the clouds. Instead, we engaged with what was in front of us, asked for something different, without a lot of expectations.
We noticed what was happening, thought about what we could do to possibly change our circumstances and did that. And it worked!
Put Your Energy Into What You Do Want
I can’t prove these conversations and requests with the elements changed the weather. What I do know for certain is that our requests changed our experience of the weather. That shift, from resistance to engagement, from complaint to request, is available to you anytime, with everything.
A ritual isn’t needed or a complicated spiritual practice. You don’t need to know exactly how something works. Simply notice when you’re spending your energy on what you don’t want, and redirect yourself toward what you do want.
Picture it. Talk about it. Imagine it. Ask for it. Then leave space for something to magical to happen.
When you imagine what you want, something shifts inside you. Your attention and energy changes. You begin looking for possibilities instead of problems. You become more open to synchronicities. You notice little openings that you might have missed before.
We can’t control the weather, other people, or most circumstances. But we can control where we put our attention and how we use our energy. That might be a much bigger kind of power than controlling the weather ever was.
You are far more powerful than you actually think. Remember that and go for what you want!
FAQs – Manifesting Sunshine & Everyday Magic
What does it mean to manifest sunshine? Manifesting sunshine means shifting your attention and energy toward the outcome you want, in this case sunshine and a calm breeze, rather than dwelling on the conditions you don’t like. It centers on changing your relationship to what’s happening while staying open to positive shifts.
Can you really influence the weather with your thoughts? There’s no scientific evidence that personal intention changes weather patterns. What shifts is your experience. Focused attention and playful engagement can change your mood, your openness to noticing happy moments, and your willingness to stay present instead of leaving or shutting down.
How do I start asking for what I want instead of complaining? Let yourself vent first because that’s normal and useful. Then pause and ask yourself, “What do I want instead?” Get specific, picture it, and speak it out loud or write it down. That single question shifts your energy from resistance into a more creative, positive force.
What is a synchronicity, and how is this story an example of one? A synchronicity is a meaningful coincidence that feels connected, even without a clear cause-and-effect link. Getting a beach sticker in five minutes with no line, followed by clouds parting shortly after a playful request, are both small events that felt too well-timed to be random.
Why didn’t the sunshine last longer? The sun and calm wind returned to their original pattern after about 45 minutes,. Maybe this was because the request wasn’t specific about duration. Clarity matters! Naming what you want, including how much and for how long, can shape the outcome more precisely.
Key Takeaways
Complaining about a circumstance and asking for something different are two separate steps. Do both, just don’t stop at the first one.
You don’t need proof that your request “worked” to benefit from having made it. The shift in your own energy and attention is real either way.
Getting specific matters. A vague request may bring a vague or short-lived result.
Staying present and engaged, even when you don’t get an instant response, keeps you open to noticing the shift when it comes.
You can’t control the weather, other people, or most circumstances, but you can always choose where you put your attention and energy next.

August Lunar Eclipse & Pisces Full Moon – What This Means
2026/08/27
Wondering about the lunar eclipse meaning as it relates to the August full moon in Pisces? Late night on August 27 and into the wee hours of August 28, we had a full moon and a deep lunar eclipse.
If you’ve been hearing that this is intense or life-changing, relax. Here’s what’s actually happening in the sky and how to use this moment in a calm, practical way without drama or dire predictions.
What Happened in the Sky
The lunar eclipse and the full moon are just one event, happening within a couple of hours of each other. It’s called a deep eclipse, although still a partial one, because the Earth’s shadow covered about 96% of the Moon. Not quite total, but close.
While this is visually striking, there’s no impending disaster or chaos. You are OK. You don’t need to do anything special for the event, but it’s a useful time to pause, take stock, and make one clear choice that supports your well-being.
Full Moon in Pisces
This full moon is in Pisces, a sign linked with feelings, imagination, your spiritual life, rest, and intuition. A full moon is traditionally a time to reflect with the aid of that bright moonlight. Take time to notice your current results and make decisions about where you might need to tweak things to improve your outcomes.
This is a great time to have compassion for yourself. Take care of your own needs rather than just serving others, and let go of what no longer serves you. Pay attention to any repeated gut feelings or intuitive messages, then check the facts before you dive in and take action. This is especially for any big decisions.
If you’re feeling more emotional or tired, eclipses can do that. Honor your feelings. So, if you’re tired, rest. Identify your feelings and work through them. Talk to someone supportive or address your concern as calmly as you can.
This is also a time to surrender and admit that you can’t control everything. Loosen the grip and accept what is. Or you make a plan to work toward a goal and do your best without getting worked up about every step along the way.
Think about any behaviors you could tweak. If you’re prone to people-pleasing or procrastinating, this is a great time to work on either one. Maybe you’re avoiding a conversation, or you need to work on your financial goals.
Now is the time to be honest with yourself and take one strategic action step or simply ask yourself where you need greater clarity in your life right now.
Shortcomings of Modern Day Astrology
Astrology is meant to give you a snapshot of your life using your birth, or natal, chart. With your chart done, you can see how an astrological event impacts different aspects of your life and where your opportunities look the brightest. It was never meant to be a constant emergency warning system.
Today’s modern astrology leans toward psychological or pop astrology, and considered to be a self-help tool. That’s why planetary movements get translated into the similar language. It’s so repetitive. Every event is a time for self-reflection, strengthening boundaries, releasing, and personal growth.
That’s why the celestial messages sound so generic, because they are written to appeal to everyone. Back in the day, astrology offered monthly horoscopes which were still sort of general but at least were tailored to your sun sign. Each conjunction or alignment doesn’t impact everybody the same way.
Fear, urgency, and anger attract attention and get shared, which is why astrology related headlines often sound so dire. many practitioners resort to catastrophic headlines like, “this eclipse will change everything.”
The way I look at this, don’t we already have enough to worry about without piling on a dramatic or ominous astrological events every month. This just adds more negativity to an already overloaded nervous system.
A planetary alignment is not an emergency alert. An eclipse is not proof that your life is about to fall apart. If astrology leaves you feeling uneasy, powerless, or convinced disaster is unavoidable, take a step back. That’s not astrological wisdom, it’s factually more like fear-mongering marketing. Many use dire language simply to get your attention and make you click.
The Hoax of Barbault’s Basket
First, let me explain who André Barbault was. A French astrologer, he first identified the four planets aligning in this basket shape back in 1955. He studied how this configuration corresponded to specific turning points in history.
The most recent “Barbault’s Basket,” just happened on July 15–24, 2026. Many writers pointed this being a dramatic time for a new world order and that created a lot of catastrophic headlines.
Guess what I learned after reading several, very long astrological discussions about the Basket? Nothing! That’s right, these long articles never drew a conclusion about what it actually meant.
I also did an international review of the news for that July period and NOTHING big happened in the news. Some things escalated but those events had begun earlier. It was just a lot of hype and no substance.
Red Flags of Fear-Based Astrology
When a video or post says a transit will definitely cause a breakup, financial loss, illness, or catastrophe, there’s no need to continue engaging with it. The same is true for content that insists you must do something or offers the same alarming prediction for everyone. If it leaves you feeling panicky, that’s a red flag.
A responsible astrologer says, “this may be a demanding period,” then explain what area might need extra attention. That’s very different from “disaster is coming.” If a post makes you feel scared or helpless, turn away and return to the facts of your life. Think about what’s actually happening and one sensible action you can take to improve your situation.
Practical Actions for this Eclipse
Choose one action from this list of simple steps to take after the eclipse:
Cancel, shorten, or delegate one unnecessary obligation.
Make one appointment you’ve been avoiding, whether medical, financial, or emotional support.
Send one clear message: “I can’t do that this week,” “I need time to think about that.”
Limit draining activity like social media, news consumption, or responding instantly to texts.
Schedule one replenishing activity for the week. Take a walk, a bath, listen to music, call a friend, or go to bed early.
The stars and planets can invite you to pause and look inward, but don’t let them run your life. Keep your feet on the ground, use your own good judgment, and let astrology help you ask better questions rather than add to your stress.
Right now, everything is OK, and when you focus on what’s good, take care of your needs, and find ways to enjoy life, you’ll land on your feet.
So What Does This Eclipse Actually Mean?
This was one combined event. A deep partial lunar eclipse (about 96% coverage) and a full moon in Pisces rather than two separate happenings.
Pisces themes for this full moon is about feelings, intuition, dreams, compassion, and creativity.
No special ritual is required. This is just a good excuse to pause and make one clear choice that supports your well-being.
Feel your feelings first, then check the facts before acting, especially on big decisions.
Watch for fear-based astrology online. If you encounter any absolute predictions, doom language, and content that leaves you feeling powerless, feel free to click away.
FAQs

A lunar eclipse amplifies the themes of the full moon it coincides with, often marking a turning point tied to letting go, emotional release, or a shift in perspective. It’s considered a heightened moment for reflection, not a sign that anything dramatic or dangerous is about to happen.
What does the Pisces full moon mean for me? The Pisces full moon highlights emotions, intuition, dreams, compassion, and creativity. It’s a good time to notice recurring gut feelings, reflect on where you need more clarity, and choose one grounded action that supports your well-being rather than reacting on impulse.
Is a lunar eclipse dangerous or a bad omen? No. A lunar eclipse is a natural planetary event, not a warning of disaster. Fear-based predictions online are often designed to attract attention and promote shares rather than reflect accurate astrological guidance. If a post leaves you feeling panicked, that’s a sign to step back and check the facts of your own life instead.
How can I tell if astrology content is fear-based? Watch for absolute predictions, doom language, pressure to act or buy something quickly, claims that a sign is “cursed,” and content that leaves you feeling powerless. A grounded, responsible astrologer points out a possible theme and practical ways to work with it.

Intuitive Medicine – Your Body’s Wisdom Is Telling You Something
2026/08/20
Intuitive Medicine is all about what your body is trying to tell you. When you experience discomfort, fatigue, tension, pain or other symptoms, what if those sensations are giving you clues about what is happening emotionally and energetically in your body and life?
That’s the fascinating perspective explored in this episode with Medical Intuitive Christine Lang. We talked about medical intuition, energy, stress, overwhelm, grounding, protecting yourself from other people’s energy, and learning to listen more closely to your own inner wisdom.
Get Christine’s Free Gift – a special meditation to learn how to understand the messages from your body.
How Christine Got into Intuitive Medicine
Christine’s path into medical intuitive wasn’t something she planned. She began her career as an attorney, but during law school she developed severe allergies that continued after graduation and worsened while she working in the corporate world.
Eventually, Christine discovered that stress was much of the cause of her body’s discomfort. That realization led her to explore learning that was very different from her legal career, including homeopathy, Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, and Buddhism.
Taking Reiki opened another door. During her meditation before working with a Reiki client, Christine began receiving words and phrases that connected to the people she was working work with.
At first, she wasn’t sure what to make of it. Then she took a chance and shared one of these impressions with a client, who responded positively. That experience made Christine realize that a new intuitive skill was developing.
Christine studied intensely, eventually spending several hours a day developing those abilities. Over time, she worked with clients as a medical intuitive and finally left her legal career, now more than two decades ago.
What Does a Medical Intuitive Actually Do?
This is interesting – Christine shared that she sees herself as a translator. Rather than focusing on where a person hurts, she looks for the story surrounding the symptom and asks what might have been going on when it first appeared.
Her questions for her intuition and then the client include:
When did the symptom begin?
What was happening at the time?
What might the body be trying to bring to their attention?
Christine described this as looking for the origin point where stress or an unresolved experience may have begun affecting the body. The goal isn’t just to make a symptom disappear, but to better understand what may be underneath it.
Of course, that doesn’t mean every illness has an emotional cause. Our bodies are complicated, and physical symptoms deserve appropriate medical attention. Yet, there can also be value in becoming curious about what else may be happening alongside the physical symptom.
Your Body Can Give You Information
Your body and mind are very connected even though you might think of them separately. However, your body is constantly responding to your environment, your emotions, your relationships, your thoughts, and your stress levels.
You may notice your stomach tighten when you’re around a certain person, or your shoulders tense when you’re under pressure. You feel exhausted after spending time with someone who is emotionally demanding, or suddenly feel lighter after making a decision that feels right.
These experiences don’t provide a medical diagnosis, but they can provide important insights. Learning to notice the signals is one way of becoming more connected to your body and aware of what it may be communicating.
Why You Might Feel Scattered Or Overwhelmed
Christine and I also talked about why so many people feel overwhelmed. Think about how often your attention is divided throughout the day. You’re thinking about work, checking your phone, answering messages, worrying about someone you love, remembering what you forgot to do, and planning what’s next.
Your body may be sitting in one place while your attention is everywhere else. Christine’s approach is to bring your energy back toward the center of your body and become more contained rather than scattered.
While Christine suggests calling back all of your energy to heighten your intuition, I expand my energy outward to connect with spirit, my guides, ancestors, and higher wisdom.
Even though our techniques are different, we both arrive at a similar place, to escape the constant mental clutter and make space for intuitive information. There isn’t one right way to work with your intuition, so the important thing is discovering what works for you.
Try Grounding To Center
When you’re overwhelmed, grounding can help bring you back into the present moment. Christine noted that instead of allowing yourself to be pulled into everything happening around you, reconnect with your body and the earth.
Going outside can be remarkably helpful. Walk through your yard, work in the garden, sit under a tree, or spend a few minutes paying attention to what’s around you.
You don’t need an elaborate ritual or a complicated practice. Sometimes five or ten minutes of being outside and reconnecting with the physical world is enough to help you feel calmer and more centered.
Protect Yourself From Other People’s Energy
Most everyone has been affected by someone else’s bad mood. You walk into a room where people are stressed and suddenly, you’re stressed too. You talk with an angry person and find yourself feeling that anger too after the conversation ends. If someone is anxious, you might pick that up as well.
Christine uses visualization to create a strong energetic boundary. One simple technique is to imagine a sheet of glass between yourself and another person, where you can still see, hear, communicate, and be fully present with her, without taking on everything she’s experiencing.
You can also imagine yourself surrounded by a protective bubble and use this before entering emotionally charged places like hospitals, government offices, crowded places, or even a difficult conversation.
The goal isn’t to shut yourself off from other people, but remember that their energy belongs to them.
Learn to Listen Differently
It’s good to remember that intuition can be a subtle sensation. Maybe a word pops into your mind, you sense a feeling in your stomach, or have a sudden awareness that something isn’t right.
You might even have a sense of relief when you finally make a decision. These signals don’t tell you what to do, but can give you insights to consider.
Medical intuition offers one fascinating way of exploring those signals and becoming more curious about the relationship between your body, your emotions, and your inner knowing.
You don’t have to accept every sensation as a message, and you certainly don’t need to abandon medical care. Instead, you can become more observant and curious about what your body is telling you. Your body is communicating with you all the time, and the real question is – are you listening?
Key Takeaways
Your body may offer clues about what’s happening emotionally and energetically in your life. Becoming curious about sensations such as tension, fatigue, or discomfort can help you notice patterns.
Medical intuition explores the story behind a symptom. Christine Lang looks at when a symptom began and what was happening in a person’s life at that time.
Grounding can help when you feel scattered or overwhelmed. Spending time outside and reconnecting with your body can bring your attention back to the present moment.
Intuition can be subtle. A physical sensation, feeling, word, or sudden awareness may be worth noticing as you develop a deeper relationship with your inner knowing.

Do Your Loved Ones Send Messages From Beyond?
2026/08/13
Have you ever had a surprising incident that made you stop and think…was that really a coincidence? Or was someone from the other side sending you a message?
Communication with the Other Side
Maybe you thought about someone who passed away, and then something happened that was a direct reflection of them. Perhaps you found a coin in an unexpected place, heard a song at exactly the right moment, or noticed a symbol, number, animal, or other little sign that felt strangely personal.
Could these moments actually be messages from your loved ones who have passed on? Yes!
In this fan favorite episode of the Breathe, Love, & Magic podcast, my guest and I explore the fascinating world of synchronicities, signs, and those unexpected moments that can make you wonder if your people from the other side are communicating.
Experiences like these caused me to pay much closer attention to the little things that happen in everyday life, especially when something feels too perfectly timed to dismiss.
3 Stories of Signs From Beyond
Heaven Sent Dimes: Tracy shared the story of why finding dimes is such a meaningful sign for her, and how these little coins started appearing in ways that felt anything but random. What began as an ordinary object took on an entirely different meaning.
Deathbed Prediction: Tracy’s grandmother announced from her hospital bed that she would die in ten days, on the exact anniversary of her husband’s death, 35 years earlier. Ten days later, she passed. It’s a remarkable story about timing, intention, and the possibility that you may have more awareness around our passing than you realize or expect.
Reappearing Recipe: Shortly before Tracy’s mother died, her brother asked for her baked egg recipe, but no one could find it. After her death, the recipe mysteriously appeared stapled inside an unrelated packet tat Tracy’s brother had recently given her.
Even more remarkable, it showed up just in time for the big event her brother was planning. Was it a coincidence, or a little help from Mom on the other side?
Uncanny Coincidences
Sometimes a message may not arrive in the typical dramatic way you imagine or see in a movie. It can be something incredibly ordinary that suddenly takes on extraordinary meaning because of the timing and what it represents to you.
Instead of immediately brushing something off as “just a coincidence,” what if you became curious about it? What if you asked yourself, “Why did this catch my attention? What does this remind me of? And how does it make me feel?”
Whether you believe your loved ones can communicate after death or you’re simply fascinated by the mysteries of coincidence and synchronicity, this conversation offers a chance to look at those experiences with an open mind.
There’s something comforting about communication from the other side. The people you loved who passed away are no longer physically here, but the connection your shared with them doesn’t always disappear. Love can find a way to get your attention right through the veil.
So, if you’ve ever wondered whether that song, number, dream, or perfectly timed coincidence was actually a little hello from someone you love, you’ll want to listen to this episode. Enjoy!

Slowly But Surely, I Began To Remember That I Am Magic
2026/08/08
Today is August 8th, the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal. This is a powerful energetic gateway inviting you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and align with the life your soul calls for.
It’s a time to open yourself to new possibilities and I recommend opening to the magic that’s all around you.
To celebrate this day, I’m sharing my own story of how my soul called to me about magic.
The Word Is Magic
It began with a single word. Magic. But you know that’s not just any word. Magic is a noun, a verb, a way of life. Magic holds the universe together and keeps the planets circling the sun. Even if you can’t quite see or hear or touch magic, you know without question that it is there.
Magic is real. At least to some people, like me.
During Covid, I felt its pull. Magic beckoned me and I heeded the call. I stumbled on a magic coach who started me with simple things. I loved it.
My favorite magic was with a sugar bowl, stirring sweetness into your life. I felt a little bit like Mary Poppins with her spoonful of sugar that made the medicine go down in the most delightful way.
But I didn’t need any medicine. I just needed the magic.
Friday is Freya’s Day
My coach suggested I pick a Goddess to work with and meditate with her every week. She said that Friday was Freya’s day and somehow that felt perfect. I chose Freya, or maybe she chose me.
From Norse mythology, Freya is the Goddess of love and war, beauty, fertility, and magic. Oh, of course she is. What a surprise that I felt drawn to her. So, I began a ritual where every Friday, I took a bath to cleanse my energy. I smudged my home to clear that as well. And once complete, I would sit in my chair to meditate and connect with the Goddess Freya.
It didn’t take too many tries before I enjoyed a visit from the Goddess herself. She came to me with outstretched arms and a smile. I wasn’t sure what would happen as she moved closer to me, but I stayed open and quite curious.
Freya came with healing in mind. She worked on my energy body, clearing and removing old energy, no longer wanted or needed. I could feel the change as a lightness lifted me. While I’m not sure how, something released and I felt free for the first time since…Well, I’m not sure I can even identify such a time.
The result were expressed in my art journal piece. I felt free to be my magical self. That me had wings and a very big heart. There were colorful clouds behind me and glittering chunks of rose quartz before me. I smiled brightly at this image once it was finished and still do today as it hangs on my wall.
Over time, I came to realize that I had been prevented from connecting with my magic by so many things. I discovered one vow after another, binding me and supposedly keeping me safe from interacting with magic.
I must not talk about magic.
I must not use any magic.
I must not teach or share any magic.
I must hide my magic.
I don’t know why I made these vows. Was this for my highest good? Was I coerced into these vows by another? I cannot say with any true clarity. But every time I found a vow, the need to shake free was undeniable and overwhelming. And I did, releasing every vow I came upon.
So, as a result, I became even freer.
Bypassing the Obstacles
Magic is boundless, so I found my way around the preventive measures that were meant to keep me apart from this universal life force.
Magic is for everyone, of this, I am sure. It’s a natural force waiting for us to discover and interact with. Magic is here to help us live the life we want and to do good things in the world. It is the secret to living a rich full life that’s fun and satisfying.
At a craft fair, I bought photographs of letters, captured from architectural elements. Each letter is a different image but put together, they spelled the word MAGIC in the most creative way. I hung the word over my office door. Every time I enter, I now enter the magic.
I took a course on blessings. Day one was the blessing of abundance. Day two was good health. Day three was peace. Day four was happiness.
Day five was different. I don’t remember what the teacher suggested, but my own blessing welled up within me to be brought forth divinely – I live in the magic.
While I had signed up for a 30-day program, I could go no further. What was a bigger blessing than to live in the magic? I’ve lived there ever since.
A simple song I had created years back came to me out of the blue. I started to sing it again while I took my daily walk. It’s a short song in a minor key but creates an uplifting feeling. Here are the words:
“Life is magical, life is magical, the universe is magic and the magic starts with me. As I open my heart, and expand it trustingly, the Universe does respond to me.”
Absolute gold. When did this come to me? I could not remember.
Magical Experiences
My life continued with discoveries and experiences that could be defined in no other way than simply magical. Moments that add so much joy and wisdom.
Getting a message from my honeysuckle vine, pointing out that I was missing out on joy and to open my awareness wider.
Seeing a three-inch boot print that depressed the grass in my front yard as I planted flowers. An elemental letting me know it was there.
After expressing gratitude in the garden to the plant devas and elementals, two tiny orange moths landed on my arm and did a synchronized dance before flying off together.
A friend built a fire on a summer evening and suggested we communicate with it. The fire spoke to me in poetry, describing its power and the nature of its energy.
A small pile of leaves caught my attention as I walked by my neighbor’s yard. They suddenly whirled upwards into the air in a surprising spiral.
Claiming Magic
Next, I worked with a somatic coach, who helped me release stuck emotions from my body. During this one particular session, it was the magic that came free. I claimed it.
Both my hands reached up above my head to the sky and these words reverberated through my body as I spoke them: “I am magic.” Yes, I am.
Do I understand my history or what separated me from my magic? Some of it maybe, but certainly not all. Yet, how interesting that it doesn’t matter. I am magic and nothing can ever prevent that again.
But what I have discovered and now know to be true, is that you too are magic. We are all magic. So, if you haven’t yet come to this idea, or connected to your magic, but find yourself reading this curious piece of writing, know this message is meant for you.
You are magic and it’s time you started living as if you know that this is true.
If you feel ready to connect with your inner wisdom and magic, I’d love to help you with that. Reach out to me here.
Where the Magic Actually Lives
Magic showed up for Ronnie during Covid, starting with something as simple as a sugar bowl — proof that reconnecting with magic doesn’t require anything dramatic.
Working with a chosen goddess (Freya, for her) through weekly ritual — bath, smudging, meditation — opened the door to real energetic healing and release.
Unconscious vows (“I must not talk about magic,” “I must hide my magic”) can quietly block your connection to magic until you find and release them.
Magic announces itself in small synchronicities — a message from a honeysuckle vine, moths dancing on an arm, leaves spiraling upward — if you’re paying attention.
The claim “I am magic” isn’t reserved for a chosen few. As Ronnie puts it, “You are magic and it’s time you started living as if you know that this is true.”
FAQs
What is the Lion’s Gate Portal?
The Lion’s Gate Portal is an annual energetic gateway, peaking August 8th, that many spiritually minded people mark as a time for release and alignment. It’s considered a powerful window for reconnecting with inner wisdom, letting go of what no longer serves you, and opening to new possibilities.
How do I start connecting with my own magic?
Start small and consistent. You might choose a goddess or guide to meditate with weekly,. Build a simple ritual around it (cleansing, quiet reflection, intention, journaling), and staying open to what shows up is often enough to begin. The connection tends to deepen with repetition, not intensity.
What is a soul vow, and how do I release one?
A soul vow is an unconscious promise, often made for protection, that can block you from fully living. This could be a vow to hide or never share your gifts. Recognizing the vow when it surfaces and consciously releasing it is often enough to feel its grip lift.
Can everyone access magic, or is it reserved for certain people?
Everyone can access magic. It’s described as a natural force available to all, not a special ability limited to a few. The main barrier tends to be awareness rather than aptitude. Start to notice small synchronicities is one first step toward recognizing it.
What are some signs that magic is present in daily life?
Signs of magic tend to be small and easy to miss, like an unexpected message from nature or an unusual pattern in the physical world. Animals may behave in a way that feels meaningful or even noticing a sudden shift in your own emotions or energy. Paying attention is what makes them visible.

Do Trees Communicate? Here’s What Six Trees Told Me
2026/08/06
Have you ever wondered if trees could communicate what would they say? I know…it sounds a little unusual. But this week I decided to find out.
I gave myself a challenge – I spent time with six different trees, asked each one if it was willing to communicate with me. Then, I listened. What happened next surprised even me. I’ve talked to plants, but never to trees.
Whether you believe I was talking to trees, tapping into my intuition, or simply letting nature inspire me, I invite you to keep an open mind. Let’s see where this adventure takes us.
What Started This Conversation Idea
It all started when I went to the grocery store this week. I parked near the edge of the lot which has a nice evergreen border on the property line. AS I got out of the car, the trees caught my attention.
Looking closely, I noticed a ton of little green balls at the end of the needle groups that make up the cypress leaves. Spiky, bright green, and maybe half an inch in diameter. What the heck? Were those going to be pinecones?
I posted the picture on Substack and a friend looked it up. Yes! Those are tiny, immature pinecones of the cypress tree. That’s what caught my attention and and started me wondering if they had something to say.
Yes, they did.
Cypress: Beauty and Being Seen
First, I heard these words: “Empress, royal, stately, graceful, beautiful.” Regal as they stand there, creating a tall emerald green border.
“I am a mother tree, so I have loads of pinecones. These are like our flowers, to seed the earth and keep our kind going. My babies are full of seeds and offer nourishment to insects and small animals, as well as seeding the ground with new cypress trees.
Don’t we make a beautiful border? Look at our auras and our energy fields. What do you see?”
I was quite surprised to see little elemental helpers scurrying about between the trees. Gnome-like beings, hats and all, bringing energy and life force, and keeping the flow going.
Then strangely, I also saw what seemed to be colorful, snake-like energies in pink and blue, swiftly wrapping around the trunks. Having never encountered anything like it, I did a little research.
In Norse mythology, serpents are tied to the World Tree. In Greek mythology, a snake coils around the tree of the Hesperides to protect the golden apples. And in Buddhist tradition, the naga king Mucalinda shelters Buddha beneath the Bodhi Tree. Someone else had this image before me. That was really comforting.
The cypress continued: “Trees have great wisdom because of our deep roots into Mother Earth. While our trunks are strong and stable, our branches blow in the breeze. We love this. To flow and move and twist and turn with the wind, dancing to our own lovely tune.
We’re happy to mark the property line; it’s the perfect job for us. A strong masculine boundary with a fluid feminine grace. Notice us, be grateful to us, be kind to us. Say hello, acknowledge us. So few people even notice our beauty or the job we do. Thank you for spending time in our presence.”
Ornamental Cherry: Abundance and Generosity
Next, I approached the ornamental cherry tree. Here’s what I heard, “I am the picture of abundance, filled with tiny cherries. My pink blossoms turn into fruit in a matter of months.
I love sitting here on your hill, rooted deeply into the earth, providing shade for the plants below me and a home to the insects and animals. Thank you for taking time with me today, for viewing me, appreciating me, and coming close enough to get to know me.”
Russian Olive: Sharing and Spreading
I said hello to the Russian olive tree and expressed that I love how it’s leaves go from green to silver in the breeze. They’ve populated so much of our land. I ask if this one would you tell me about itself.
“Thank you for coming to talk to me. I have a certain grace, I know this is true. I am prolific and I spread everywhere. I’m not meant to grow big and old because my branches and wood are soft. But I do create shade and I do spread rapidly.
I love sharing my presence on your land. I spread my branches wide as they curve down to make a wide top that brings shade to your yard.”
Cedar: Resilience
Two cedar pines stand as siblings. Planted years ago as one-foot bushes, they are now 12 to 15 feet tall despite the deer chewing at their base. I asked what they’d say about themselves as evergreens.
“My leaves are spindly and small, but I am resilient. Regardless of the weather or the animals, I continue to grow. My branches come out from all around my trunk, inch after inch, filled with more branches. This is part of my beauty, strength, and resilience, and protects of my trunk as well.
We appreciated being given the space to grow, and we’ve done so beautifully, don’t you think?”
Oak: Standing in Your Power
The oak was next. It’s such a stately tree. Regal, with a unique split trunk, like twins -two for one. It keeps its curled brown leaves through winter until spring brings new growth.
“Thank you for noticing me, for your comments, and kindness. I know you worry that I shadow your garden, but it all works out.
Here at the back of your property, I stand making a statement that this is where your property comes to an end. I am strong and I grow straight and tall. Oak is old wisdom, the wisdom of the druids. The small acorn grows the big, tall oak tree. We are mighty, we are wise.”
I asked if it would share some oak wisdom.
“Oak wisdom is about strength, about growing tall, standing still. It’s about staking a claim and standing in your power. When you stand tall in your power, you are like the oak. That makes us smile and we can see a smile on your face too.”
Poplar: Flexibility
Last was the poplar tree, tall, with siblings a hundred yards off. Their leaves twist and dance in the wind, the whole top of the tree sways like it’s moving to music.
“Thank you for noticing my grace. I love that I sway in the breeze, that my leaves are dancing and twirling. I am flexible and fluid. Okay, the willow is more fluid, but don’t deny me my own grace.
I love when a storm comes, so I can sway and dance, my branches reaching tall into the sky. I’m here to show that something tall and firmly rooted can still have delightful movement. You can be grounded and yet move and sway, dodge and hedge, persevere, and continue to grow and expand and experience life.
My leaves are often the first to fall in a storm, and small branches snap off, but I heal rapidly. That’s part of my perseverance. Not like oak, standing there tall and firm and unyielding. That’s not me. I move and I have grace.
My message to you is that you too can move and be flexible and change with the wind, and you’ll be rewarded for it. Sometimes you need to be firm. Sometimes you need to sway with the wind.”
What Do Trees Talk About?
As I listened to each tree, I noticed something surprising. None of them talked about themselves for very long. Each one reflected something back to me that we humans needed to hear. They spoke of qualities which humans need to live well.
Cypress — Beauty and being seen
Cherry — Abundance and generosity
Russian Olive — Sharing and spreading
Cedar — Resilience
Oak — Standing in your power
Poplar — Flexibility
They seemed to be reminding me of qualities we already have but sometimes forget. Maybe that’s one of the gifts of spending time in nature.
Whether you believe the trees were speaking to me, or that my intuition was translating their energy into words, it almost doesn’t matter. The wisdom was real. And every message left me feeling more connected to the living world around me.
The next time you walk past a tree, consider being intentional. Stop for a minute. Really look at it. Notice its shape, its bark, its leaves. Say hello. Thank it for the shade it offers, the oxygen it creates, the beauty it brings to the world.
Then, if it feels right, ask, “Is there anything you’d like me to know today?” Then simply listen. Maybe nothing happens. Or maybe you’ll be surprised.
I started this little experiment wondering if trees had something to say. I ended it wondering something completely different. What if the trees have been speaking all along, and I simply never took the time to listen?
FAQs About Trees Communicating
Can trees actually communicate with humans? Trees exchange chemical and electrical signals with each other and their environment, which science confirms. Whether a tree can communicate a message to a specific person is a matter of belief and intuition rather than proven fact. Many people report receiving impressions, feelings, or words while sitting quietly with a tree.
How do you communicate with a tree? Approach with an open mind, sit or stand near the tree, and quietly observe its shape, bark, and leaves. Say hello, ask a simple question such as “what would you like me to know today?” Then, listen for any words, feelings, or images that surface. Patience and stillness matter more than technique.
What is intuitive communication with nature? Intuitive communication with nature is the practice of tuning into subtle impressions, feelings, or inner “words.” These might arise while spending focused, quiet attention with a plant, tree, or natural setting. It relies on inner sensing rather than verbal exchange, and results vary from person to person.
Do different trees carry different meanings? Many spiritual traditions assign symbolic qualities to specific trees. Oak for strength and endurance, cedar for resilience, cypress for grace and boundaries. These associations come from folklore, mythology, and personal intuitive experience rather than scientific classification.
What The Trees Taught Me

Compassion Begins With You
2026/07/30
Inner compassion is the foundation for how you treat yourself and everyone else. It’s how your energy enters a room and is felt before you say a word. In this podcast episode, Meg Reilly talks about extending the same kindness to yourself that you’d offer a good friend.
Building Inner Compassion
The podcast interview started even though I forgot hit record. When we finished, my heart sank as I realized that mistake meant there was no recording. We had to start over.
My first reaction was to feel embarrassed and unprofessional. What a dumb thing to do. With sadness in my voice, I told Meg what happened. We laughed a bit uncomfortably. Then I asked if she had time to do the interview again. She did – phew and on we went.
How interesting that our conversation was about compassion and that the best place to start is with yourself. Meg asked something that made me stop and think. If a good friend made that same mistake, would I give them a hard time about it or be kind and supportive? Most people do not treat themselves as well as they treat dear friends.
Treat Yourself Like You’d Treat Your Best Friend
Meg’s coaching and writing focus on helping people live with more inner compassion. She has a simple way to check for it. When you make a mistake, stop and ask yourself what you’d say to a friend who did that same thing. You wouldn’t call her names or rehash the mistake for the next several hour, right? No, you’d say, “It’s okay. What should we do now?”
That’s the kindness you owe yourself too. Meg admits this doesn’t always happen automatically. It takes practice. Building inner compassion is a lot like building muscle at the gym because it requires regular practice.
Compassion Can Be Just Showing Up
Not every kind of compassion involves fixing something. Meg spent time working in hospice care, simply sitting with patients who were unconscious or close to death. There was no problem to solve and nothing to say. She offered her calm presence and sometimes held a hand.
This kind of compassion doesn’t look like much when viewed from the outside, but it is felt. People who’ve had near-death experiences describe being aware of who was in the room with them. Being there IS the act of compassion.
Your Energy Enters the Room Before You Do
Meg described what happens when she walks into a room full of strangers. She can immediately sense who’s happy and who’s miserable even if no words are exchanged or no physical contact is made because the energy is there.
This is where the idea of self-compassion can often be underestimated. When you’re kind to yourself, that energy ripples out into how you treat everyone around you. And it continues rippling from there, like that proverbial pebble dropped in a pond.
I talked about my friend MarBeth Dunn whose message is that world peace starts with inner peace. We also talked about how each of us is a single drop in the ocean and the entire ocean at the very same time. That always amazes me and now I see the connection to inner compassion from this perspective.
Small Actions Create Big Ripples
When our conversation turned to big global problems like climate change, it’s easy to feel like nothing you do personally can make a difference. Meg brought up the phrase, “Think globally, act locally.”
The truth is that skipping paper towels, driving electric or hybrid cars, and recycling are small choices that actually can add up and make an impact.
I shared a story you may have heard before about working with two friends using an energy clearing practice to help heal the oceans. This seemed rather grandiose to me, but I went along with it and did my part for the 90 minutes we worked together.
Partway through, I got an intuitive message from a male figure resembling Poseidon (maybe it was the trident he was holding LOL), thanking us for our efforts. He let me know that even three people can really make a difference. My takeaway was that consistent, intentional energy matters, even if you’re a small group or just one person.
Choose Your Words Wisely
Your words and actions leave a bigger impact than you might think. Unkind comments tend to stick with you far longer and more vividly than kind words ever do. Meg says this is exactly why it’s worth slowing down with your language.
Since you don’t know how your words will land and be remembered, she recommends that you be more conscious about what you say. True for words about yourself as well, which is why more inner compassion is needed.
Inside The Echoes Deck
Then, I asked Meg about her new oracle cards called the Echoes Deck. Meg’s original 48-card oracle tool was created for personal inquiry, insight, and self-guidance. Most oracle decks feature a theme like angels, animal guides, or essential oils.
Meg’s deck has four realms: the external, the internal, the eternal (which covers body, mind, and spirit). But there’s a fourth realm called Echoes, that represents the energy you put out into the world and what comes back to you (just like an echo).
Each realm holds twelve cards and features a hand-drawn mandala. You might notice patterns in the layout such as repeating numbers, recurring imagery, or a particular realm that shows up repetitively. This is the same way a tarot reader might look at the suits and major arcana.
Why Compassionate Energy Spirals Upward
compassionate energy
When you recognize your own humanity, which means your mistakes, hard-won lessons, and moments of sorrow, that’s what makes it possible to extend real compassion to someone else.
Once you offer it outward, people start to experience you as a genuinely compassionate person. That perception reinforces the whole cycle and causes the energy to spiral upward.
In contrast, you can walk into a room and feel whose energy is spiraling down just as easily as you can feel who’s happy. Choosing to meet that with compassion, rather than getting pulled down along with it, takes practice, but it is learnable.
Set Your Radar to See Good in the World
We discussed how so many spiritually minded people are saying how everything is “crumbling”. But language shapes energy too and those words can lower your vibration and the energy around you. On the other hand, if you reframe this as “things are shifting,” that keeps you oriented toward what’s possible rather than on what’s collapsing.
I shared a mantra I borrowed from a friend at the start of 2025: “I am open to the possibility of positive outcomes.” This idea has helped me through so many downward news cycles! What I find helps is to set my internal radar to notice the positive. And that helped me see the good things in my life and the world.
The Choice That’s Always Available
Uncertainty and worry can’t be eliminated from being human. However, in any given moment, you can choose compassion. Offer a kinder response, toward yourself and others around you.
These small, conscious shifts are what end up shaping how happy you actually are, and that positivity ripples out into the world around you. It really starts that simply with one compassionate choice at a time.
Where Does the Compassion Begin?
Inner compassion is a practice, not a personality trait. Treat yourself the way you’d treat your best friend on her worst day.
Presence alone counts as compassion, even when there’s nothing to fix or say.
Your energy is felt by others before you say a word, so how you treat yourself shapes who you appear to be to everyone else.
Small, consistent actions, energetic or practical, genuinely add up, even when facing enormous problems.
Words leave an impact whether you intend them to or not, so choose them with that in mind.
Reframe words like “crumbling” to something more positive like “shifting.” This small change in language repositions what you notice and experience.

FAQs
What is self-compassion, according to Meg Reilly? Meg defines self-compassion as treating yourself the way you’d treat a close friend who made the same mistake. Offer grace and curiosity about what to do next, rather than criticism. She frames it as a daily practice, not a fixed trait, comparing it to strengthening a muscle at the gym.
What is The Echoes Deck? Meg Reilly created The Echoes Deck, a 48-card oracle deck organized into four suits or realms including the external, internal, eternal, and Echoes. Every realm has 12 cards with hand-drawn mandalas cards, designed for personal insight and guidance.
How does self-compassion affect the people around us? Meg describes energy as contagious. The kindness or harshness you direct at yourself shapes the energy you bring into a room. Other people sense and respond to this. Practicing self-compassion ripples outward into how you treat everyone else.
Can small individual actions really make a difference against big problems like climate change? Yes, according to Meg. She points to the familiar phrase, “Think globally, act locally,” meaning that recycling, driving electric, buying in bulk are proof that consistent small actions add up, even when a problem feels too large for one perso
How My Heart Wall Got Between Me And My Magic
2026/07/23
Magic was never scary to me. That’s why finding out I was afraid of it caught me completely off guard and left me spinning.
For years I’d been working with magic without calling it that. I wrote little songs for myself, repeated like chants, to help me manifest a newspaper column, my husband, and plenty of smaller things along the way.
I didn’t think of it as magic but as a way to focus my energy. However, once my magic coach pointed out what I was actually doing, an old fear surfaced right alongside the curiosity. I had no idea where it came from.
That question sent me looking for an answer, and what I found was a protective wall around my own heart. Two walls, actually, discovered years apart, protecting two very different parts of my life. Here’s both stories, plus what I’m doing about it at a live event on July 29th.
The Cage Around My Heart
Back in 2020, stuck inside during Covid like everyone else, I started working with a magic coach named Mikala. She helped me see the magic I’d already been using for years without naming it. That was exciting and also the moment the fear showed up.
It wasn’t rational. I wasn’t casting spells or doing anything harmful, just directing my energy toward what I wanted. But the dread was real once I discovered this was magic. So, I went looking for its source the way I usually do with past-life work. This is a healing modality I’ve relied on for close to 30 years.
The Akashic Records had already revealed plenty to me about past lives and how they influence me today. Like why calligraphy came so naturally. I had been a monk illuminating Bibles in the Middle Ages, as it turned out.
This time, what I found was darker. I discovered a life in Venice that ended with my head removed for practicing magic with a group. There was also a pattern of betrayal tied to magic showing up more than once.
So by 2022, I decided to finally work through it using a meditation based on Dr. Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code He created this idea that we sometimes create a protective wall around the heart that can block us instead of helping us.
Asking to See the Wall
I set my intention to heal my fear of magic. Then I asked to see the wall in this gentle meditation.
What appeared was a stone dungeon. I was standing inside a metal cage, spikes pointing inward at heart level which seems like something straight out of a horror film. I didn’t know how to dismantle it myself, so I asked my guides to handle it. The metal melted into a puddle at my feet.
Then it reformed into a metal plate with two interlocking hearts, one pointed down and one pointed up, woven together like the Star of David. I stopped the meditation right there, went to my computer, and looked up the symbol. It represents unity. One heart and the end of duality. Whoa – that felt important.
Going back into the meditation, I asked what that meant for me and my magic. The answer was to stand on the plate whenever I do magic now. It will keep me safe.
I still don’t cast spells or light ritual candles, though there’s nothing wrong with that path for someone else. However, these days I talk about magic openly with clients, with friends, or anyone curious enough to ask. A few years ago I never would have said that out loud.
Is Your Subconscious Keeping You Too Safe?
Fast forward to this year, I decided to share this powerful, yet completely safe process. So, I created the live Heart Wall Meditation event for July 29th. To go a bit deeper, I thought the best thing was to run the process on myself again, but this time with a different intention which was friendship.
Midlife has a way of thinning out your circle of friends. People move, pass away, and drift apart. Each time it happened, I told myself I’d go make new friends, and then did nothing. That bothered me, because I’m a social person who works alone at home and genuinely craves connection. So, why the stall?
I sat down and asked my subconscious to show me what was in the way. A wall appeared but this time it was brick, not a metal cage. Big, solid, and completely unexpected. I was totally shocked! I asked the wall if it had a message for me and it explained why it was there. Then I asked if I could take it down and got an immediate yes.
I decided to have some fun with it and imagined a ray gun. One blast and the wall came apart, leaving a pile of rubble. I told the rubble to sink into the earth and be recycled. Gone.
Except I wasn’t quite finished. Something told me to look again, and a white stockade fence appeared. It was six or seven feet tall, points on top, and solid. I imagined a saw and cut a doorway in the middle, then walked through to the other side. Nothing there but open grass. When I turned back, I gave the fence a gentle push and it fell flat, then dissolved.
Remove Old Walls of Protection
Two walls, two completely different methods to demolish them. One I blew apart, the other I removed gently. Both ways worked just as well! That’s the part that surprises people most.
Your subconscious isn’t working against you. There’s no battle required. It’s simply doing its job to protect you, but with outdated information. That means you don’t actually need it and get to choose how you clear it. Fierce or gentle, the wall still comes down either way.
What struck me afterward is that I’d cleared heart walls before around magic, around business. But it never occurred to me to check friendship. Now I’m more open to new people than I’ve been in years.
What This Means For You
Both stories point to the same truth. Your subconscious builds walls to protect you, using old information that may no longer apply. The protection can end up costing you more than it saves, whether that’s your magic, your business, your relationships, or your sense of safety in the world.
The good news is that you don’t need decades of past-life work, shadow work or inner child digging to find your own wall. You just need a willingness to see it, ask what it’s doing, and be rid of it.
If any of this stirred something in you, I’m hosting a live Heart Wall Meditation on July 29th where we’ll go through the process together. You can register here.
Does Your Heart Have A Wall Protecting You From Something You Want?
A heart wall is a protective barrier around the heart. It might look like a wall of some kind in front of you or some other protective mechanism in meditation. It could be metal, brick, glass, or a fence that shields you from old pain. The problem is it can also block what you want now.
Fear of something you love or desire, like intuition, love, or a thriving business, can exist side by side with genuine enthusiasm for it. The two aren’t contradictory.
Heart walls can show up around any part of life including spiritual growth, creativity, career, family, and you may have more than one without realizing it.
You can clear a heart wall by any creative method that you imagine. It might be with force like throwing a grenade to demolish it or gently by simply opening a door or pushing it over. Both are equally effective.
Your subconscious mind isn’t an obstacle you have to fight. Thankfully, it’s job is to protect you, often using outdated information. That’s why the walls come down more easily than you’d expect once you become aware of them and ask.
Noticing a pattern of avoidance in your life, like a friendship you keep meaning to build or a goal you keep circling, is often a sign that a protective heart wall is involved.
FAQs
What is a heart wall? A heart wall is a protective barrier the subconscious builds around the heart, often in response to past pain or trauma. It’s meant to keep you safe, but it can also block love, opportunity, or connection you’re consciously trying to invite in.
Can you have more than one heart wall? Yes. Heart walls tend to be specific to different areas of life. It’s entirely possible to clear one around business or intuition, and still have another, separate wall around friendship, love, or health that hasn’t been addressed yet.
How do you clear a heart wall? Through a guided visualization, you ask to see the wall, then ask permission to remove it. The method varies from person to person. Some walls dissolve gently, others need to be broken apart. But both approaches are equally effective at clearing the block.
Is a heart wall the same as a limiting belief? They’re related but not identical. A limiting belief is a thought pattern; a heart wall is more of a protective structure the subconscious builds around it. Clearing the wall often makes the underlying belief far easier to shift.
What can a heart wall block besides love? A heart wall can block any form of connection or flow including creativity, magic, friendship, business success, romance, or receiving support from others.

Tiny Miracles Happen Every Day But It’s Up To You To Notice
2026/07/16
Why You’re Suddenly Noticing Small Signs the Universe Has Your Back
Tiny miracles are the small, easy-to-miss moments of grace that show up in an ordinary day. This might include a stranger’s kindness, a found coin, a text that arrives at exactly the right moment. Noticing them changes how supported life feels, even though nothing about your circumstances has actually changed.
I didn’t go looking for this. It started with a compliment from a stranger, then a quarter on the ground, then a phone call I’d been hoping for. None of it was earth-shattering on its own.
But the moments kept stacking up, one after another, until I couldn’t ignore the pattern anymore. Which made me wonder if these tiny miracles been happening all along, and was I too busy or too in my head to catch them?
What Counts as a Tiny Miracle?
A tiny miracle is any small moment of unexpected kindness, timing, or connection that feels like more than coincidence. It doesn’t need to be dramatic. Here’s what showed up for me in just a few weeks once I started paying attention:
A stranger’s kindness at the grocery store. The produce person complimented my black-and-brown dress, then struck up a whole conversation about her love of neutral colors.
Kindness with shopping carts. At one store, a man wheeling his cart toward the entrance handed it to me and went back for another. Days later at Trader Joe’s, a woman did the same thing at the front door. Then, when I finished unloading the cart into my car, an employee took the cart away without a word. I was taken care of from door to door!
Found money. I found a quarter in the parking lot when visiting the chiropractor. Finding change always feels a little magical to me.
A message from a flower. I was in the garden and felt the nudge to photograph a vine with small purple flowers and yellow stamens. I asked if it had a message for me and heard that it was looking forward to serving the bees. Then bam, a bee landed on the flower right after, so I caught that shot too.
An invitation. I’d been wondering when he’d invite my husband and me on our annual boat ride. He called two days later with the invitation.
My husband cleaned up the deck. Getting ready for dinner out one evening, I came downstairs to find the outdoor cushions already brought in and the table umbrella closed. This is something I usually have to ask for. It’s not that he doesn’t take initiative. It’s just never been about the deck.
I didn’t win the lottery. No angels showed up. Nothing huge happened. And yet every single one of these tiny miracles made me smile.
Why Did These Small Moments Affect Me So Much?
Small moments like these affect us because most of us move through the day too fast to allow them to register. We’re checking off errands, replaying conversations, or worrying about what’s next. In the process we miss the majority of the good things happening all around us.
Take a minute to ask yourself honestly. Did someone smile at you today? Did someone let you merge in traffic, or did you grab the last package of pre-sliced turkey at the deli counter? Chances are a few of these already happened and slid right past you.
It’s not that the Universe decided to start sending me tiny miracles out of nowhere. I think I simply became more present. Once I noticed that first few fortuitous moments, something in me reset to start catching the next one, and the one after that.
Is It Magic, Or Is It Your Brain?
The reason you start noticing tiny miracles once you look for them is a real neurological function called the reticular activating system, or RAS. This is a network in the brainstem that filters what reaches your conscious awareness based on telling your brain what matters.
Humans want to be right, so we set that internal radar to collect evidence for whatever we already believe. Whatever you’re thinking about, you tend to see more of it. It’s the same reason you buy a red car and suddenly notice red cars everywhere.
Some call this the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon, which is the sense that once you learn something new, it starts showing up constantly. It’s also known as the frequency illusion.
What’s actually happening is selective attention. Your brain flags the new thing as important and starts seeing it more frequently. This is also called a cognitive bias. There aren’t more red cars, you just notice them more often.
So it seems I’ve set my RAS for tiny miracles, and honestly, it’s been a lot of fun. Am I more supported by the Universe than I was before? Probably not. But I am noticing that I’m supported, and that is creating even more openness. That’s my new bias, and I’m sticking with it.
What would shift for you if you felt supported by the Universe and started collecting evidence that it was true?
We’re Always Collecting Evidence
You always training your brain to notice whatever you expect, whether that expectation serves you or not. Some people wake up already braced for disappointment. They feel people let them down, life is hard, nobody appreciates them, and nothing works out. And their brain will faithfully collect evidence for exactly that, all day long.
But you can train your RAS to find positive evidence just as easily. Someone holds the door. A favorite song comes on and you catch yourself singing along. A cashier is unexpectedly friendly. A friend texts at exactly the right moment. String enough of these together and they add up to something real. You shift into a more open, more supported way of moving through your days.
My Experiment, and What Changed
I didn’t set out to prove anything with this. I never expected the Universe to hand me this many signs in a few short weeks. But by the third or fourth one, I stopped being surprised and started paying attention on purpose. That’s exactly how the RAS is supposed to work. Once I actively looked for tiny miracles, I found more of them.
One day last week I realized I’d woken up happy and stayed that way straight through until bedtime. That was new for me. I’m usually quick to spot whatever’s annoying me. Something is shifting.
If you’re over 50, you’re likely to notice this kind of thing more than a younger person would, simply because you’ve spent decades reading rooms, situations, and people. Your brain has stopped needing raw data to make sense of a moment and started leaning on pattern, context, and vibe instead.
What can feel like sudden intuition can be your brain matching this moment against thousands of moments you’ve already lived. That’s what I mean when I talk about midlife magic . It only comes with the miles, and with those miles comes a deeper appreciation for the little stuff that goes right.
What If the Magic Doesn’t Show Up?
If you go looking for tiny miracles and nothing shifts, that’s not a sign you’re doing something wrong. More often, it’s a sign something is in the way. Many of us carry a protective heart wall, built from grief, disappointment, or old self-protection. Unfortunately, that can unconsciously block what tiny miracles need to get through, without you ever knowing it’s there.
That’s exactly what I’m addressing at a live Heart Wall Releasing event on July 29th, from 10–11:30am ET. It’s a gentle, remarkably effective meditation process. And it’s safe because your own inner wisdom guides the entire experience.
The investment is just $22, and I’m keeping the group small — limited to 10 women, with a few spots already claimed.
If you’ve been wondering whether a heart wall might be dimming your magic or getting in the way of something you desire, I’d love to guide you through it. Register now to grab your spot.
FAQ: Tiny Miracles – How to Start Noticing Yours
What is a tiny miracle? A tiny miracle is a small, everyday moment of kindness, timing, or connection — a stranger’s compliment, a found coin, a call that arrives right on cue — that feels like more than chance and leaves you a little lighter.
Why am I suddenly noticing more good things happening to me? Once your brain flags something as meaningful, your reticular activating system (RAS) starts surfacing more of it in your awareness. You’re not attracting more good moments; you’re finally catching the ones that were already there.
What is the reticular activating system (RAS)? The RAS is a network in the brainstem that filters incoming information and decides what reaches your conscious attention, based largely on what you’ve told it matters.
What is the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon? Also called the frequency illusion, it’s the experience of suddenly noticing something everywhere right after you first become aware of it — like seeing red cars everywhere after buying one.
What is a heart wall, and how does it relate to noticing magic? A heart wall is a protective barrier around the heart, often built from grief, disappointment, or self-protection, that can block the openness needed to notice tiny miracles or invite in what you desire.
Key Takeaways – Where IS the Magic in All This?
Tiny miracles aren’t new; they’re likely happening around you already, and most get missed in the rush of a normal day.
Your reticular activating system will collect evidence for whatever you focus on, positive or negative, so choosing what to look for actually matters.
Noticing one tiny miracle tends to open the door to noticing the next one.
If the magic isn’t showing up for you lately, that’s not a personal failing. It may point to a heart wall quietly getting in the way.

Why Can’t You Find Love In Midlife? It Might Be An Invisible Heart Wall
2026/07/09
What if your heart isn’t shut down to love at all? What if it’s being protected by something you can’t see?
If you’re a midlife woman wondering why you can’t find love, the answer isn’t always about the wrong partner or bad timing. It may be an invisible heart wall. You might have an energetic protection set up that’s kept you emotionally safe for years, but is now the very thing keeping you lonely.
You’ve read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Maybe even worked with an energy healer or therapist. And yet here you are, still single and wondering what’s not working.
After 20 years of coaching midlife women, I’ve noticed the same pattern over and over. It’s rarely about a lack of options or bad luck. Most of the time, my clients had no idea the wall was even there.
What a Heart Wall Actually Is
Dr. Bradley Nelson, creator of the Emotion Code, first encountered this phenomenon while working on his wife. He perceived something like a wall surrounding her heart. It wasn’t physical, but energetic.
Practitioner Robin Friedman later developed a guided meditation to help people find the wall and release it. I’ve used this method many times, with results that still surprise me.
A heart wall forms unconsciously, over years, as a way to survive heartbreak and emotional disappointment. It’s not a flaw or proof you did something wrong. It’s a protective structure you created, and like most protection, it can overstay its welcome.
How the Wall Forms in Midlife
By midlife, most women have endured more than one heartbreak. A wall like this can build from one big heartbreak or from many smaller ones, layer by layer, from:
Repeated disappointment that leaves you feeling like you have a “bad picker”
A belief that your chance at love has already passed
Subtle grief around aging, or the sense that time is running out
Sheer exhaustion from the hoping-trying-disappointment cycle
None of this means you failed at romance. A heart wall is simply what’s left over when love goes wrong and self-preservation kicks in. Whether you’ve dated a little or been through three divorces, the wall can show up the same way. It doesn’t scale with how much heartbreak you’ve had, only with how much you needed to protect yourself from it.
The catch is you can’t selectively block pain and stay open to love at the same time. Protection and intimacy share the same doorway into your heart. Close it to one, and you close it to both.
Signs Your Heart Wall May Be Activated
You might be dealing with a heart wall if you notice yourself:
Feeling emotionally guarded even when things are going well
Consistently attracting partners who aren’t available
Feeling disconnected or unmoved even when someone genuinely nice shows interest
Saying “I want love” but resisting any action that would actually lead to it
Putting off dating altogether, even though you say you want a relationship
If a few of these sound familiar, that’s your signal you’ve been protecting yourself. Now the question is whether that protection still serves you.
It’s worth pausing on that question, because it’s not a yes-or-no answer. The wall that protected you at 30 may not fit who you are in midlife. What felt necessary after one heartbreak might now be standing between you and a different kind of partner who wouldn’t cause that same type of hurt.
Unfortunately, protection that was once accurate can become outdated without ever getting the update it requires.
The Heart Wall Meditation: What It’s For (and What It Isn’t)
This is the part I want to be really clear about. The goal of this process isn’t to rip the wall down. It’s to become conscious of it, and choose from there. Awareness gives you the opportunity to DECIDE what you want to do.
In a relaxed, meditative state, you bring your awareness to your heart center and ask if a wall is present. If so, you ask to see it. People experience this differently. Some see brick or stone, others see glass, fog, wood, or something layered and mixed. I’ve even seen chains or a cage instead of a wall. There’s no one right image.
From there, you simply ask if it’s safe to take the wall down now? Occasionally, the answer is no and that’s useful information. You can try again another time. When the answer is yes, you then choose how it comes down. Most people take it all down, but sometimes I’ve had to take a second pass at it. Whatever happens is exactly what’s supposed to happen in that moment.
Some people feel immediate release. Others see the wall clearly but nothing shifts the first time. Neither outcome is wrong. This is a gentle process, not a one-time fix, and guided by your own inner wisdom. That’s what makes it so safe and simple to do.
Release the Wall But Keep Discernment
This is the piece people most often miss. Releasing a heart wall is not the same as throwing your heart wide open to anyone who shows interest.
You still need to hold your standards. If someone lies once, doesn’t pursue you consistently, cancels more than once, or doesn’t keep their word, that’s vital information about your date’s potential. Don’t let your heart override those glaring red flags because you feel more open now.
Your head and your heart are a stronger team than either one alone, and one without the other tends to lead right back to heartbreak.
Taking the wall down means it’s time to date more consciously and be more open. Stay aware, true to your boundaries, and decide who can earn access to you. This approach is far better than defaulting to either total protection and being shut down or total openness to anyone who shows interest.
This is really where the resistance tends to show up. You might ask yourself:
What if I open up and get hurt again?
What if I pick poorly again?
What if I’m too old or it’s just too late?
What if nothing changes?
These are fair questions, and I won’t pretend to know exactly how your story unfolds. However, if the wall has come down, that’s a sign you’re ready to work with these questions instead of avoiding them.
The wall did its job and you’re not erasing that. You’re upgrading it, replacing an automatic shutdown with a more conscious form of protection. That is your own clarity, judgment, and willingness to walk away when things aren’t right.
After going through this powerful, yet gentle visualization, most women feel a release, or at least lighter and more open to possibilities. Personally, I’ve had amazing results. And I’ve taken lots of women through this over the years with wonderful results.
I’m not saying they find love the next week, but they feel more at ease and comfortable with taking the steps to meet someone special.
Experience It for Yourself
If you’d like to be guided through this remarkable process rather than attempt it solo, I’m hosting a live 90-minute Heart Wall Meditation event:
Wednesday, July 29th, from 10-11:30 am ET on Zoom
There will be time afterward to talk about what came up and ask questions. It’s just $22, and there’s no replay, so it’s worth carving out the time to join live.
This meditation isn’t only for romantic blocks, either. The process doesn’t mention love. You set your own personal intention for the meditation. Women have used it for business growth, friendships, creative resistance, spiritual growth, or anywhere something invisible seems to be in the way.
Click the link to register now. The program is limited to 10 women.

FAQ
What is a heart wall? A heart wall is an unconscious energetic barrier that forms around the heart as protection after emotional pain, first identified by Dr. Bradley Nelson, creator of the Emotion Code.
How do I know if I have a heart wall? Common signs include feeling emotionally guarded even in good circumstances, repeatedly attracting unavailable partners, feeling numb toward people who show genuine interest, and continually delaying efforts to date despite wanting a relationship.
Does removing a heart wall mean I’ll immediately find love? No. Removing a heart wall doesn’t guarantee an instant relationship. What shifts first is usually how you feel, such as lighter, more open, and more willing to be seen. That shift is what makes new possibilities available.
Can a heart wall meditation be used for things other than love? Yes. The same process can be applied to any area where you sense internal resistance, including business growth, friendships, or creative blocks.
Do I have to do anything with the wall once I see it? No. You can simply become aware of it without removing it. Awareness itself is valuable, and you can choose to take further action whenever it feels right.
Will taking down my heart wall make me less discerning about who I date? No. Releasing a heart wall doesn’t remove your judgment or standards — it removes an unconscious block. You still evaluate red flags, hold boundaries, and walk away from anyone who doesn’t earn your trust; you’re just no longer doing it from behind an automatic shutdown.

Need Better Self-Care? Your Astrology Reveals Tailored Options
2026/07/02
There’s no way self-care for women is one-size-fits-all. The good news is that your astrology chart maps out what actually works best for you.
Astrologer Danielle M. Nugent joined the Breathe, Love & Magic podcast to reframe astrology as a wellness tool rather than a fortune-telling device. She explains how your zodiac sign and corresponding element point to the specific practices that ground, restore, and recharge you.
What Does Self-Care for Women Look Like with Astrology?
Danielle’s approach relies on your zodiac sign. Instead of looking for predictions, she asks what a person needs to feel grounded, balanced, and feel a sense of well-being. Astrology becomes a tool for self-understanding on every level including emotional, physical, and spiritual. It adds real insight into how you’re wired and what helps you thrive, especially once you know your element.
Every zodiac sign falls into one of four categories including earth, air, fire, or water. Each one carries distinct needs for managing stress, avoiding burnout, and recharging.
What Self-Care Practices Match Each Astrological Element?
Earth Signs: Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn, typically work too hard, taking on responsibilities until they run themselves into the ground. They recharge through grounding. This means time outdoors, nourishing meals, and the simple act of cleaning and organizing. As Danielle puts it, “outer order creates inner calm.”
Water Signs: Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, are the empaths, absorbing everyone else’s emotional baggage until they lose track of where their feelings end and others’ begin. Your self-care comes through disconnection.
For example, stepping away from people, having a good cry (which can be genuinely therapeutic for this group), and spending time near water. If you can’t get to a lake, or the ocean, just take a shower.
Fire Signs: Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius, are the movers and shakers, carrying big energy that needs an outlet. They often reach burn out in two ways: 1) Lacking inspiration, or 2) Saying yes to everything without checking in with themselves first.
The fix is movement like working out. But passion projects and anything that lets the inner flame burn productively can help. Danielle compares fire signs to the Energizer Bunny – built to keep going. However, you need to take intentional pit stops and ask yourself, “How am I doing?”
Air Signs: Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, are the intellects, thriving on conversation and ideas. They burn out by living too much in their heads, forgetting they have bodies, and consuming too much news and social media.
Restoration comes through unplugging from screens, having meaningful conversations, journaling, or simply talking a thought through out loud.
Why Self-Care for Women Matters More in a Chaotic World
One reason why people love astrology is that many are searching for peace amid global chaos. Astrology offers a way to look inward when the outer world feels unpredictable. “I can’t control the world,” Danielle says, but she can control how she reacts to it as long as she understands herself.
This is where good astrology departs from the version most people grew up with. I shared my own history with predictive astrology. Two different astrologers told me in my 30s that marriage wasn’t in the cards.
Yet, I went on to marry and have been happily married for 26 years and counting. That distinction matters. Good predictive astrology isn’t about absolutes. It points to the energy at play and what it might look like. It’s like a weather forecast. Rain is possible, but you still decide whether to grab an umbrella or get wet and dance in it.
How Do the Sun, Moon, and Rising Signs Shape Your Wellness Style?
Going one layer deeper, astrologers often talk about how these three signs affect your chart:
Sun sign: Representing your core essence and vitality, this sign is what most horoscope columns default to. It’s the brightest, most visible part of a person’s chart.
Rising sign: Your outward packaging, or how you show up and present yourself to the world.
Moon sign: Your emotional body, and the key to how you receive intuitive guidance.
How Does Your Moon Sign Reveal Your Intuitive Style?
We took a moment to look at how your astrology impacts your intuition. Sorted by the same four elements, your moon sign reveals how you best receive inner guidance.
Fire Moons (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) are claircognizant people who simply know things, often physically. A run or workout unlocks clarity by pulling them out of their head and into their body.
Air Moons (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius) receive intuition as ideas and flashes of insight; they’re the innovators and futurists, though they often dismiss their own intuitive hits as “just a thought” when it’s actually inner wisdom speaking through intellect.
Water Moons (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) pick up on the energy of a room the moment they walk in, and their intuition opens up through solitude and water, like showers, rivers, ponds, or the ocean.
Earth Moons (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) experience intuition as practical gut instinct. Some carry a tactile gift for psychometry, sensing information just by touching an object. Gardening and grounding rituals help them reconnect to that knowing.
A pattern emerges. Fire and air are “yang” elements that need active, energetic outlets to access intuition. On the other hand, water and earth are “yin” elements that need stillness and reflection. Knowing your moon’s element provides a personalized practice instead of forcing a intuitive style that’s not aligned with your energy.
A Permission Slip to Be Yourself
Maybe the most powerful idea in the conversation is what Danielle calls a permission slip to be yourself. A water sign who cries easily isn’t flawed. That’s how your body processes and releases emotion. A fire sign who can’t sit still for traditional meditation doesn’t need to force it. Try a movement-based practice which will work better.
Astrology, used this way, isn’t about fitting into a box. It’s about understanding your sign and qualities and learning to work with it instead of against it.
Key Takeaways
Self-care for women works best when it’s tailored to how you’re individually wired, not applied as generic options that work for anyone.
Your zodiac element (earth, water, fire, or air) points to specific stress triggers and corresponding methods to recharge.
Earth signs need grounding and order; water signs need disconnection and release; fire signs need movement; and air signs need to unplug and talk things through.
Good predictive astrology describes energy and possibility, not fixed outcomes.
Your moon sign, read through its element, reveals how you best access intuition, whether that’s through movement, ideas, stillness, or instinct.
The goal isn’t to change who you are. It’s to better understand your natural patterns and build self-care around them.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is self-care for women according to astrology? It’s a personalized approach that uses your zodiac element to identify which practices actually restore you, rather than applying generic wellness advice that may not fit your energy.
What self-care does each zodiac element need? Earth signs need grounding through nature and order, water signs need disconnection and emotional release, fire signs need movement and passion outlets, and air signs need to unplug from screens and talk through their thoughts.
How can I find my moon sign? Your moon sign is calculated from your exact birth date, time, and location. A free online birth chart calculator or an astrologer can generate it for you.
What’s the difference between predictive and wellness-focused astrology? Predictive astrology forecasts events, while wellness-focused astrology — the approach used here — focuses on self-understanding and the specific practices that help you feel grounded, balanced, and well.
Is astrology a replacement for therapy or medical care? No. Astrology can be a useful self-understanding and wellness tool, but it’s not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
