Welcome back to season 4 of the Oh My GOSHH! podcast. This month we talk about stand up week with Edel and Catherine our Youth workers.

In this month’s Podcast we will be chatting with our manager Ann, who is retiring shortly. Ann tells us about her time her time at GOSHH, whilst sharing some fond memories along the way. We hear how GOSHH has changed and evolved over the last number of years.

In this month’s Podcast we will be discussing the idea of ‘New Year, New Me’.  We discuss how often there can be pressures put on people to make changes once the clock strikes 12! We chat about how there can often be strong messaging for immediate change and resolution, whilst recognising that it is important to be gentle with yourself.

In this months podcast we will be sitting down with our Personal Support/ Know Now Worker, Ann Piercy who will be chatting about World AIDS Day! World AIDS Day is on December 1st of each year.  This years theme of World AIDS Day is equalize.  The World Health Organization is calling on leaders and people around the world to strongly recognize  and take action towards  the inequalities which are holding back progress in ending AIDS; and equalise access to essential HIV services.
