She draws knowledge from a background of counselling, coaching, organisational psychology, and shamanic studies.  Lauretta holds a First Class BSc Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychology, an MSc in Organisational Psychology and multiple coaching qualifications and trained in a number of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, ACT, Positive Psychological Coaching, Solution Focused approach, Neuropsychological coaching. In addition to being a bereavement counsellor and trauma-informed coach. Furthermore,  she is an accredited psychometric and personality practitioner. Sound Bath Practitioner and currently undergoing training as a Shamanic Ceremonialist. Emily works in the women's wellness sector and amongst herself and my team she offers her clients a bespoke mentorship programme that supports them with their health and wellness goals. Her company is called FitQueen which she created 5 years ago. Her journey commenced after her own 5 stone weight loss journey, she was working a job she hated which entailed long hours and she was incredibly unhappy with her health and relationship with food and body image. She decided to leave her demanding corporate job and commence her journey to better health and that led to her launching FitQueen after living and breathing the journey of finding her comfortable, confident body shape whilst finding a career she loved.
