Today I will have a conversation with my friend James Scott. I met James about 5 or 6 years ago at Pure House, a shared living experiment that grew out of my apartment in Brooklyn and into a precursor for the coliving movement. At the time, James was the COO of The Collective, a then coliving startup in London that has matured into a leading coliving operator with ambitious expansion plans.
