Everyone calls AI intelligent β but most of us have never explored the intelligence we already carry. In this solo episode I look at human intelligence through both modern neuroscience and ancient traditions like yoga, tai chi, and qigong. I share what 20+ years of meditation and breathwork have taught me about focus, and why your diet, your breath, and your life force (prana, qi) shape your mind far more than stimulants or nootropics ever will. If you want real, sustainable brain power, this is where to start.

EP40: Your Soul Is a Warrior: The Science and Spirit of Willpower
2026/07/20
Free book + audiobook (Art of Balance): https://greatnessglory.com/
Right now, two people want the same dream, the same healing, the same breakthrough. Ten years from now, one of them will have it and the other will have a list of reasons why they couldn't β and it usually has almost nothing to do with talent, money, luck, or karma. In this episode, I explore the one quality that actually separates them: willpower, and the determination to fight your own limitations instead of surrendering to them.
I draw on the figure the ancient Hindu and Indian traditions called the Vira β the warrior, the hero β and the same spirit in Mahavira, the Buddha under the tree, Thomas Edison's thousand attempts, and the Sufi Bayezid Bastami who did the opposite of whatever his ego demanded. I share what years of fasting, meditation, martial arts, and self-discipline taught me about a strange law: when you expect things to be easy they become hard, and when you accept they may be hard they become easy. Half-heartedness is the real enemy.
I also bring in the science β neuroplasticity, the anterior mid-cingulate cortex that grows when you make yourself do hard things, dopamine as the chemistry of pursuit, and psychoneuroimmunology showing how your thoughts reach all the way down to your immune system. Underneath it all is a spiritual truth: you are a spark of the divine, you recreate your life every second, and the God you're seeking is within you. The most important investment you can ever make is in yourself.

EP39: The Real Reason You Can't Get Rid of Negative Thoughts
2026/07/20
In this episode, I explore why trying to suppress, fight, or "get rid of" negative thoughts and emotions almost never works long-term β and why the harder you push them away, the stronger they come back. I start with a simple experiment you can try in a few seconds, then trace this all the way back to my own story growing up between two religions, daydreaming about becoming a monk, and discovering through psychology and yogic teaching that suppression only deepens guilt and disturbance.
From there I walk through what actually works: diversion, or what Abraham Hicks calls pivoting. Instead of fighting an emotion head-on, you learn to redirect your attention toward something that lifts you β whether that's a divine form, a mantra, or simply a thought that gives you a little relief. I explain why your subconscious mind has no "yes or no" system, why what you focus on grows within you and around you, and how to climb the emotional scale one rung at a time instead of forcing yourself from fear straight to joy. I also share how this kind of channeling of emotion toward something higher connects to the path of devotion, or bhakti yoga.
Finally, I touch on a complementary point: that diverting the attention is one way to work with the mind, but not the only way. There is also the path of transcending the thought process altogether β watching your thoughts from a distance, as in vipassana β which is powerful but takes years of practice. I close with why guilt-based religion creates more suffering than mastery, and a simple practice you can start using today to interrupt the cycle and bring yourself back to peace.

EP38: The Shift That's Coming: AI, Consciousness, and Thinking for Yourself
2026/07/20
In this episode, I open up about some things I've been hesitant to discuss β the massive changes happening in human consciousness right now, and how AI fits into this picture. For thousands of years, enlightened beings like Babaji, Jesus, Krishna, and Buddha warned about a transition from ego-based living toward higher values like compassion, forgiveness, and independent thinking. We are living in that transition right now, and AI is accelerating it in ways most people haven't even begun to understand.
I explore why AI is both one of the greatest tools humanity has ever received and one of its greatest potential dangers. The risk isn't that AI becomes conscious β it's that we stop being conscious. If we hand over our thinking, reasoning, and decision-making to machines without developing our own faculties, we lose the very thing that makes us powerful. The human brain has a potential that no supercomputer can match, but only if we use it β through critical thinking, questioning our beliefs, meditation, and real inner work.
I also share why creating balance in your body, mind, and life is more urgent now than ever before, and I close with Babaji's powerful last message β a reminder that all perfection and wisdom are already hidden within you.

EP37: Change Your Thinking, Change Your Health: Holistic Wisdom for Real Healing
2026/07/20
In this episode, I explore what holistic health really means and why our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs are just as critical to our wellbeing as biology and medicine. I share how ancient systems like Ayurveda, yoga, and Chinese medicine understand the human being as multidimensional, and why ignoring the mind and energy aspects of health keeps us limited and stuck in suffering. I also talk about how belief systems, negative thinking, and unexamined emotions can create disease, and how questioning our conditioning opens the door to real healing and freedom.
I walk through practical ways to start working with your own mind: reviewing your day at night, developing self-awareness, studying different perspectives, and becoming your own therapist by consciously examining beliefs, reactions, and emotional triggers. I also touch on topics like psychosomatic illness, antidepressants, psychedelics, and why external substances alone cannot create lasting change if we keep generating negativity from within. My intention in this conversation is to help you see how deeply your inner world shapes your health, happiness, and life, and to inspire you to begin the inner work of changing your thinking so your reality can transform.

EP36: Q&A Session | What Yoga Really Is: Science, Energy, and Consciousness
2026/07/20
In this extended conversation, I sit down with Kevin Wise to clarify what yoga truly is beyond exercise, trends, or religion. We start from first principles and unpack yoga as a precise science of energy, consciousness, and liberation, rooted in ancient yogic cosmology rather than modern fitness culture.
I explain the true meaning of union, the role of Kundalini, chakras, and prana, and why yoga has multiple paths designed for different human faculties. We explore the four classical yogas, Raja, Bhakti, Karma, and Jnana, and why combining them creates balance rather than confusion. We also address common misunderstandings around pranayama, mantra, meditation, and why Kundalini practices can be powerful yet dangerous without proper preparation.
This episode is meant to restore clarity. Yoga is not belief, worship, or gymnastics. It is a systematic, experiential science of self-transformation, awareness, and freedom when approached with discernment and balance.

EP35: Interview | Numerology, Intuition, and Destiny | Kevin Wise
2026/07/20
In this conversation, I sit down with Kevin Wise to explore numerology, intuition, and how symbolic systems can be used without losing logic, discernment, or personal responsibility. We talk about where astrology and numerology often get misunderstood, why blind belief is dangerous, and how these tools can instead support self-reflection and awareness.
I share my own skepticism and experiences with Vedic astrology, intuition, and perception, while Kevin explains how he uses numerology practically rather than predictively. We discuss destiny versus free will, self-fulfilling prophecy, and why no system should ever take away a personβs agency or power to change their life.
This episode is not about believing or disbelieving. Itβs about balance, critical thinking, and using symbolic systems as mirrors rather than prisons, tools for insight rather than fear.

EP34: Interview | How Your Home Shapes Your Energy and Happiness | Talor Stewart
2026/07/20
In this conversation, I explore how the spaces we live in quietly shape our energy, mood, habits, health, and relationships. Together with architect and Conscious Home Design founder Talor Stewart, I look at why most homes support survival but not flourishing, and how intentional design directly influences well-being and happiness.
We talk about universal principles rooted in science rather than style, including the relationship between environment, nervous system regulation, creativity, and human connection. Talor explains why dedicating space to specific activities matters, how light and layout shape behavior, and why relationships are the strongest predictor of long-term happiness.
This episode is about practical awareness. Small, intentional shifts in your home can create meaningful changes in focus, calm, connection, and daily life without needing more space, money, or perfection.

EP33: Q&A Session on 3 Selves - Do We Really Know God? Agnosticism, Faith, and Truth
2026/07/20
In this follow-up conversation, I sit down with Kevin Wise to go deeper into the themes we explored in the previous episode on the three selves and states of consciousness. Together, we examine why spiritual traditions appear divided on the surface while pointing to the same truth at their core, and why comparison, fear, and blind belief often replace direct understanding.
We explore agnosticism, atheism, religion, and spirituality from a grounded perspectiveβquestioning whether belief systems liberate or confine us. I share why genuine spirituality requires humility, curiosity, and lived experience rather than secondhand belief, and how concepts like the higher self, non-duality, and inner freedom appear across Vedanta, Buddhism, Sufism, Judaism, Christianity, and more. This episode is an invitation to empty the cup, question deeply, and rediscover truth through awareness rather than ideology.

EP32: The Three Selves: A Universal Map of Consciousness Across Traditions
2026/07/20
In this solo episode, I share a structured, practical breakdown of the βthree selvesβ β basic self, conscious self, and higher self β as a universal map of human consciousness found across many traditions like Vedanta, Buddhism, Kabbalah, Sufism, Taoism, Huna, ancient Egypt, Gnostic Christianity, Hermeticism, and Jungian psychology. I explain how these levels show up as subconscious patterns, rational decision-making, and our deepest divine nature, and why understanding them can transform your mental health, relationships, and spiritual path.
I then explore how to actually work with each level in daily life: questioning and reprogramming the subconscious, healing the inner child with kindness, strengthening discernment (Viveka), and using tools like meditation, stillness, and the STAR method for handling cravings and addictions. Finally, I point toward the higher self and pure consciousness, sharing how time-tested paths of yoga, self-inquiry, devotion, and a balanced lifestyle (Art of Balance) help us move from identification with body and mind toward our true nature β ending with a beautiful Rumi poem about the angelic, animal, and human within us.

2026/07/20
In this episode, I share insights from more than two decades of studying and practicing authentic spiritual traditions, clarifying what Kundalini truly is and why so many modern teachings are incomplete or misleading. I explain how this life force energy animates the body and mind, how it relates to the chakras and nervous system, and why genuine awakening can be both transformative and dangerous without proper preparation.
I also break down common myths, the real purpose of Tantra, and the importance of lineage, discipline, and purification. From Kriya and pranayama to devotion, mantra, and Guruβs grace, I walk you through the legitimate pathways that lead to safe and meaningful Kundalini activation. EP30: Heated Debate on Free Will and the Power of Awareness with Isaac Hadjyan
2025/11/07
In this deep and thought-provoking conversation, Isaac Sian and Isaac Hadjyan explore one of philosophyβs most timeless questions: do we truly have free will, or are our actions entirely conditioned by nature, mind, and the universe? Bridging neuroscience, yoga, and spiritual philosophy, they examine how awareness, training, and consciousness shape human behavior and destiny. The discussion moves from Descartesβ pineal gland theory to Spinozaβs determinism, from neuroscience experiments to yogic mastery, and ultimately questions whether freedom is something we possessβor something we cultivate. This dialogue invites you to reflect on the nature of control, responsibility, and the subtle dance between awareness and conditioning.π Buy the book Art of Balance: https://amzn.to/4jAii7lπ Learn more / contact me: https://greatnessglory.comTimestamps00:00 β Introduction01:36 β What is free will and why it matters02:20 β Descartesβ pineal gland and dualism04:45 β The psychology of will and behavior05:26 β The yogic perspective on consciousness08:17 β Karma, choice, and personal responsibility09:57 β Addiction and the illusion of free will11:44 β Predeterminism and the laws of physics14:39 β Is choice real or just perception?17:09 β The limits of the brainβs decision-making18:49 β Consciousness versus the brain21:05 β Awareness and levels of self-control23:20 β Awareness, self-observation, and crime25:28 β Training, discipline, and learned control26:11 β Yoga and increasing the power of will28:06 β Documented yogis and control over body30:22 β Science, faith, and quantum uncertainty32:49 β Transformation through meditation33:25 β The cost of βfreeβ will35:34 β Reason, awareness, and inner light37:33 β The unconscious and the light of awareness38:18 β Can awareness change brain chemistry?41:04 β The mind-body relationship42:15 β Miracles, healing, and the power of mind44:35 β The illusion of punishment and guilt47:23 β Free will, crime, and moral responsibility49:14 β Expanding human freedom through awareness50:56 β The unity of existence and divine condition51:17 β Closing reflections and gratitude#GreatnessGloryPodcast #ArtOfBalance #FreeWill #SpiritualAwakening #Philosophy #Consciousness #Awareness #Mindfulness #Neuroscience #Karma #Yoga #Determinism #Spinoza #Vedanta #InnerGrowth #SelfRealization
