Our Guest Shannon Nunnelly joins us this week to discuss Eating Disorders, Body Positivity, Growing out your grey hair, and aging gracefully as well as all the revelations that come from that! As a full time kindergarten teacher and eating disorder recovery coach, Shannon had no idea how to address or handle the news that her daughter had an eating disorder and found out while her daughter was in college. Through a very dark season advocating, learning and growing as a family Shannon prioritized healing and is now using this knowledge, skill and heart to help others in their own recovery journey.

We are Back! Phew- it took a while to get here but we are back in action. I am excited to kick off this summer series for the next 4 weeks and have some great themes and wisdom to share that God dropped in my brain the past couple months. This has been prayed over and confirmed so many times. You will hear from some special guests as well as some solo offerings.
The premise? Relationships/dating and Marriage more specifically are not focused on the right things most of the time. What do we do to attract the right person with the qualities that matter, the character gifts that matter. We are doing it all wrong watching the culture and there is ONE truth. its God's solution and it's always been here but we have been made to believe its old news and we don't need it. We all have a story- this is mine. Part 2 shares my labor leading up to emergency c section and the day I became a nicu mom for a 4 month hospital stay 3 months before I was suppose to give birth. There are some key elements in the toolkit I would say are a MUST for any future situation that we define as our hard, but we all have our hard and its how we embrace it and allow God to use it to help others and grow personally.
