Lux Cast Presents PATRICK GARLAND (US) @Proton Radio

2026/09/07

We are extremely elated to have PATRICK GARLAND as our 2nd Special Guest of EP 43 of Lux Cast. @patrick-garland-241330807 About Artist: Patrick Garland (US) is a Melodic and Organic House DJ and Producer based in the high deserts of the Southwest United States. He bought his first set of turntables in 1997, deciding it was time to try his hands at learning the craft that was mesmerizing him at all the underground events he had discovered a few years prior, and that he kept coming back to out of what became an instant love for electronic music and the culture that was forming around it. Having had the opportunity to experience sets from artists such as Josh Wink, Carl Cox, Deep Dish, Richie Hawtin, Christopher Lawrence, Sasha & John Digweed, Patrick had found a home. By 2000, Patrick had moved almost completely into the breakbeat side of the scene, drawn to the powerful bass lines and deeply crafted layers found in sets being played by artists like Adam Freeland, the Plump DJs, Koma & Bones, Rennie Pilgrim, and Hybrid. It was during this time that he began to find himself wandering more and more into the House rooms at events. The move into Organic/Melodic House felt like a natural progression of having taken this path. His sound is shaped by layered melodies, warm grooves, subtle tension, and expansive storytelling. With his recent EP release - 'Secrets of the Petroglyphs' with Phillosopher on Keyfound, you can find more of his music and DJ sets from him through his residencies on the Melodic Lighthouse Podcast and on Organic Deep House Radio. Sedna [2026]

2026/06/07

** SEDNA ** Out beyond the scattered disk, 13 billion kilometers from the Sun, drifts Sedna - the most distant known dwarf planet. A frozen world the color of rust and blood, locked in an impossibly long 11,400-year orbit through the darkness. Named for the Inuit goddess of the sea, this is no ordinary rock. It is a relic from the birth of the solar system, a world that barely knows daylight. In the mix the kick is barely there - a pulse from the edge of the solar system, 122 BPM of pure gravitational weight. Cold sub-bass rolls in like methane ice cracking under an invisible ocean. High-end is nothing but distant stellar wind and warped throat-singing fragments, calling the name of the goddess thrown into the abyss. No warmth reaches here. The sun is a memory. Tones stretch and freeze into metallic fractures. Strings dissolve into subzero pads that feel like they’re pulling you deeper, past Neptune, past hope. Everything is slow pressure. Bone-deep cold. The kind of dark that doesn’t end. Just like Sedna herself — forever circling the outer void, forever alone in the eternal night. The mix keeps falling… farther out… into Sedna’s eternal night. Let me know in comments if you enjoyed this set and how it resonates with you. 🪐🪐 TRACKLIST 👇 4Moon Music, Ranta - Navi (Extended Mix) Synthetra - Anaconda (Extended Mix) FAHGU, Saint Beyer, Andrew Frenir- Furaha [Original Mix] SC FD 4Moon Music - Thanator (Extended Mix) Matt Dwellers - Pade Voco [Extended Mix] Artic White - White Horizon Artic White - Futuro Infinito [Extended Mix] Tim Green & PROFF - Sopia [Extended Mix] Limetra, Miroshin - Euphoria (Extended Mix) Synthetra - Nova (Extended Mix) Makebo - Point Of View [Extended Mix] John Shepard - The Moment (Extended Mix) St.Ego, Ash(M) - Majestica (Sunrise Mix) Mishanti & Cafe De Anatolia - Arrakis (Extended Mix) Amber Stomp - 330x14 [Volen Sentir Deep Jungle Ceremony Extended Remix] Raw Main - Kashmir

Mothra [2026]

2026/05/12

**Mothra** Mothra is more than a kaiju. She is a living spirit of the Earth. Ancient protector, gentle guardian, and symbol of nature’s quiet power. While other monsters bring destruction, Mothra appears when balance is broken. She does not conquer — she restores. Her presence alone brings renewal. Spiritually, she represents transformation, light in darkness, and the sacred cycle of life. From humble caterpillar to radiant moth, she embodies rebirth and the beauty of evolution. Her golden scales carry healing energy, and her wings spread peace rather than fear. The twin fairies that accompany her are like messengers between the human world and the hidden spiritual realm. In many ways, Mothra is a goddess of harmony — a divine feminine force that protects the innocent and reminds humanity that we are part of nature, not above it. Where she flies, hope follows. Where she rests, the world feels a little more balanced. 💚🦋💚 Tracklist 👇 ID - ID Serge Pronichev - Mindreader (Original Mix) Arthaum, Ranta - Hupsa Kay (Extended Mix) St.Ego - Time Stands Still (Heaven INC Remix) Yash (SL) - A Fairy Tale (Extended Mix) Taleman - Telescope (Extended Mix) Enamour - Ruby (miru Remix) Volen Sentir & Krasa Rosa - Mist (Extended Mix) Taleon - Solemnia (Original Mix) Kamilo Sanclemente - No Regrets (Artic White Extended Remix) SOL7, fishplant - Always At Peace (Nicolas S.
