I wanted to share in this episode some of the big things that I've learned and experience along this motherhood journey so far!

In this episode, I wanted to let you know about some changes happening with this podcast, and then we'll dive in to this sense of "guilt". Guilt I never knew I'd feel once I became a mom for never doing enough or always doing too little.

This episode is SO random, but I was just thinking, what if we were MEANT to be moms...like as our career, and the rest is all just these amazing, fun, challenging side hustles/passion projects that help us grow and evolve as human beings and fill out cup! Check out my thoughts on this...

I wanted to come on and speak freely, and let you all know that this year for the holidays...I'm choosing to be a BAD mom. I didn't go all out. I just did my best. My family is happy and healthy and safe, and that's what matters to me. I'm not letting the expectation of what the holidays "should" look like cause me stress.
