Driving change in UK salmon

In this first episode, through the eyes of retail and vet, we hear from Coop’s fisheries and aquaculture manager, Aisla Jones, on how the retailer is working with suppliers to ensure sustainable salmon appears on supermarket shelves, some of the challenges faced this year, and how Coop are supporting their salmon producers. As the summer vaccination season has drawn to a close, we also spoke to independent vet, Dr Marian McLoughlin, to hear how the season has gone and what challenges fish farmers faced given current restrictions.
