You Think Your Moody? Think again.
2026/10/20
You Think You’re Moody? Think Again. Emotional dysregulation can leave you feeling irritable, overwhelmed, anxious, or reacting to things that normally wouldn't bother you. But instead of judging yourself for being moody, what if you started giving your mind and body what they actually need? ✨ Movement: Especially movement through your upper body, shoulders, and chest, can help release physical tension and shift you out of that stuck, stressed feeling. Put on some music, stretch, shake it out, and let your body move! 🌿 Get outside in nature: Step away from the noise, get some fresh air, feel the ground beneath your feet, and give yourself a chance to slow down. Time in nature can help reduce stress and support emotional well-being. 🧘‍♀️ Create a daily meditation practice: You don't have to quiet your mind completely. Meditation helps you practice noticing your thoughts and emotions without immediately reacting to them. Even five minutes a day is a place to start. Remember, the goal isn't to never feel angry, anxious, or overwhelmed. It's to learn how to bring yourself back to balance so your emotions don't have to run the show. You don't have to stay stuck in the same patterns. You can learn new ways to reconnect with yourself, shift what's holding you back, and move forward feeling more empowered. 💕 Ready to start reclaiming yourself? Put That Donkey Down- Release What's Holding You Back
2026/10/13
What's Holding You Back? It's Time to Put the Donkey Down Have you ever wondered why you keep reaching a certain point in your life, only to find yourself struggling to move forward? Sometimes, the very things that helped us navigate our past become the things holding us back from our future. Imagine you're riding a donkey down a trail. The donkey gets you where you need to go, until you reach a mountain. Now, if you want to reach the summit, you can't take the donkey with you. At some point, you have to get off, let go, and continue the climb without it. That's what personal growth asks of us. We carry beliefs we learned in childhood, emotional patterns we've lived with for years, and ideas about ourselves that came from our parents, family, friends, teachers, and life experiences. We may have picked up beliefs about our worth, our abilities, what we're allowed to want, and who we're supposed to be without ever questioning whether those beliefs are still true for us. In this episode, we're exploring how to recognize what's holding you back, forgive the people who passed those beliefs on to you, and make a conscious decision to step into a new identity. Forgiveness doesn't mean what happened was okay. It means you are choosing not to let those old experiences continue to define your future. You don't have to carry every belief you've ever been given. You don't have to keep living from an emotional state that no longer serves you. And you don't have to remain the person you learned to be simply because that person is familiar. You can appreciate how far you've come, release what you're ready to leave behind, and choose who you want to become. Your next summit may require you to put something down before you can rise any higher. The question is: What are you still carrying that you no longer need? 🐦‍🔥 Come continue your journey with me inside The Rising Women's Circle! Break the Patterns that Keep You Stuck
2026/10/06
Break the Patterns That Keep You Stuck What if the thing keeping you stuck isn’t one big problem—but a pattern you keep repeating between your thoughts, words, beliefs, and emotions? Our thoughts influence the words we speak. Our words reinforce what we believe. Our beliefs shape how we feel. And our emotions can send us right back into the same thoughts. Round and round we go. Until we interrupt the cycle. In this episode, we’re talking about how to recognize the patterns that keep you repeating the same experiences—and how to begin creating something different. One of the questions I explore is: “If I didn’t feel this ______, I would feel ______.” That simple question can reveal so much. If I didn’t feel afraid, I would feel confident. If I didn’t feel overwhelmed, I would feel capable. If I didn’t feel stuck, I would feel free.If I didn’t feel powerless, I would feel empowered. And then we take that new vision and begin loading it with new words, new thoughts, new beliefs, and new emotional energy. Because breaking a pattern isn't just about stopping the old one. It’s about giving your mind, body, and identity something new to move toward. You don't have to figure out your entire life today. You can start by recognizing the pattern, interrupting the cycle, and choosing a different thought, word, belief, or feeling—one moment at a time. 🐦‍🔥 Want to go deeper? ADHD: When Your Emotions Hijack Your Day
2026/09/29
ADHD: My Nervous System Woke Up and Chose Chaos Have you ever had one of those days when your emotions are running the show, everything feels overwhelming, and even the smallest things seem like too much? That was me today. For nearly 90% of the day, I felt emotionally dysregulated—and in this episode, I'm sharing the real, unfiltered story of what happened. We're talking about ADHD, emotional dysregulation, nervous system overwhelm, and what it feels like when your emotions seem to hijack your entire day. Why can it be so difficult to regulate your emotions, shift your state, or simply move on when something has upset you? Why can one moment throw off your entire day? And how do you stop beating yourself up for struggling with feelings that seem bigger than the situation itself? I'll share my personal experience, the frustration of trying to navigate a dysregulated day, and the importance of learning to understand your nervous system rather than constantly fighting against yourself. Because sometimes, you don't need another lecture about being more productive, thinking positively, or getting your act together. Sometimes you need to understand what's happening inside you, give yourself some compassion, and find your way back to yourself—one small step at a time. If you live with ADHD, experience emotional overwhelm, struggle with emotional regulation, or feel like your nervous system sometimes has a mind of its own, this episode is for you. And remember: You are not broken. You're learning how to understand yourself. 🐦‍🔥 Come join me inside The Rising Women's Circle! Who are you Becoming?
2026/09/22
Who are you becoming? Sometimes life challenges us in ways that require us to step into a new version of ourselves—the 2.0 version who sees new possibilities, uses new words, makes new choices, and believes there is more available. But becoming begins with recognizing where you are. You may be in a challenging season, carrying an old identity, outdated beliefs, or stories that no longer serve the woman you're becoming. This is your invitation to release what no longer serves you, reclaim your power, and rise to the top of your own life. In this episode, we explore identity creation, personal transformation, self-belief, possibility, and what it means to consciously become the next version of YOU. And if you're ready to keep exploring, I'd love for you to join me inside my free-for-now Skool community, The Rising Women's Circle. 17. How to Get More Out of Life
2026/09/15
What if instead of constantly focusing on what’s wrong, what’s missing, or what we wish would change, we started asking a different question: What do I want MORE of? More love. More freedom. More fun. More adventure. More connection. More creativity. More joy. More peace. More abundance. More time doing the things that actually make us feel alive. In this episode, we’re talking about intentionally filling those “life buckets” little by little instead of waiting for the perfect circumstances to finally enjoy our lives. Sometimes creating more happiness, fulfillment, joy, and freedom doesn’t require a massive life overhaul. It requires making intentional choices and devoting actual time to the experiences, people, activities, and desires that matter to us. We can spend so much energy sitting in our complaints, focusing on what we don’t have, and repeating the stories about what isn’t working that we forget to ask ourselves what we actually desire. But what happens when we begin rising toward our desires instead? When we consciously create more of what feels good, we shift our energy, raise our vibration, cultivate positive energy, and create emotional momentum that can help carry us through difficult seasons of life. This isn’t about ignoring the hard stuff or pretending everything is wonderful. It’s about refusing to let the hard seasons become our entire life. Your desires matter. Your joy matters. The experiences you want more of matter. And you can start filling those buckets today — one small, intentional choice at a time. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, unhappy, disconnected, or simply ready for more from life, this episode is your invitation to stop waiting and start intentionally creating more of what you want. Keywords: personal growth, intentional living, creating happiness, finding joy, life fulfillment, emotional wellness, positive energy, raising your vibration, energy healing, mindset, manifestation, desires, abundance, self-love, freedom, fun, adventure, happiness, joy, overcoming difficult seasons, feeling stuck, burnout, life transformation, creating the life you want, intentional time, personal development, spiritual growth, high vibration, energy, living with purpose.
16. Stop and Look Fear in the Eyes
2026/09/08
The Fear Flavors Keeping You From Your Next Level What if the thing keeping you from your next chapter isn’t that you don’t know what to do… but that fear is showing up in ways you don’t always recognize? As women entrepreneurs, we can spend so much time trying to understand why we aren’t moving forward. Why we keep putting off the business idea, delaying the next step, avoiding visibility, or feeling like we should be further along by now. But fear doesn’t always look like fear. Sometimes it looks like overthinking. Sometimes it looks like perfectionism. Sometimes it looks like delay or avoid, shrinking, procrastinate, people-please, control, micromanage, start not finish, attract chaos, and overfunction. These are what I call your fear flavors. Your nervous system is designed to protect you. And when you’re about to step outside of what is familiar—raise your prices, become more visible, start something new, make a big decision, or step into a new identity—it may reach into your history and pull out one of your favorite old protection strategies. Not because you are broken. Not because you are lazy. And not because you aren’t capable. Because some part of your nervous system is saying, “This feels unfamiliar. Let’s get you back to safety.” The problem is that what once protected you can eventually become the very thing keeping you stuck. In this episode, we’re looking at the different fear flavors that can show up when you’re trying to grow, and how they may be keeping you from becoming the woman you know you’re ready to be. We’ll talk about overcoming fear, recognizing self-sabotage, understanding nervous system protection, and learning how to take action when you’re ready—not when fear disappears. Because your next level doesn’t require you to become fearless. It requires you to begin creating a different relationship with fear. And sometimes the breakthrough isn’t pushing harder. Sometimes it’s creating enough safety to finally move. ❤️‍🔥 Search keywords: overcoming fear, fear of failure, fear of success, nervous system regulation, nervous system healing, perfectionism, procrastination, overthinking, people pleasing, self-sabotage, taking action, leaving your comfort zone, confidence for women entrepreneurs, female entrepreneurs, personal growth, business mindset, entrepreneurship mindset, identity shift, next level, next chapter in life, becoming your next version, fear keeping you stuck, how to stop procrastinating, how to overcome perfectionism, how to stop overthinking, how to take action when you’re afraid.
15. A Letter to Self - Dark Night of the Soul
2026/09/01
The Letter You Need to Write to Yourself There is something incredibly powerful about sitting down and writing a letter to yourself—not from the perspective of who you think you should be, but from the woman you are today. A letter where you forgive yourself for the choices you made when you didn't know what you know now. For the moments you stayed too long, chose differently, played small, trusted the wrong things, or simply did the best you could with the knowledge, awareness, and resources you had at the time. You don't have to love every choice your past self made to love her. And you don't have to become someone new by rejecting who you have been. Your healing asks you to build a deep, loving relationship with the woman you are right now—to listen to her, understand her, care for her, and begin trusting her. And at the same time, to look back at the women you've been and say, “I understand why you did what you did. I forgive you. I love you. You were trying to get me here.” This is how we begin creating a different relationship with ourselves—not one built on criticism, regret, or constantly trying to become “better,” but one rooted in compassion, self-trust, self-forgiveness, and love. Because every version of you deserves a place at the table. And the woman you are becoming doesn't need to erase the woman you were. She gets to love her. ❤️ "You don't heal by abandoning the woman you used to be, you heal by coming back into relationship with her."
14. Rebuilding My Life After Dark Night of the Soul
2026/08/25
🎙️ Rebuilding My Life One Step at a Time What if you don’t have to rebuild your entire life all at once? Sometimes healing, growth, and starting over begins with something much smaller: slowing down, listening to your body, and taking the next right step. In this episode, we’re talking about self-love, self-care, self-compassion, and self-understanding—and learning to stop pushing yourself to “fix everything” when what you really need is to listen. If you’re feeling stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, or like you’re starting over, this episode is a reminder that you can rebuild your life gently, one step at a time. You don’t have to become a completely different person overnight. You can begin by taking care of the person you are today. ❤️ 🎧 Listen now.
13. Getting Good Quality Sleep P2 Creating Your Ritual
2026/08/18
🌙 The 3 R's of Better Sleep: Reduce • Release • Reconnect A restful night's sleep doesn't begin when your head hits the pillow—it begins with how you prepare for it. 1. REDUCE Ask yourself: What can I reduce tonight? Reduce the things that overstimulate your mind and body: Screen time Sugar Caffeine Stressful conversations Late-night work Noise and distractions Creating less stimulation makes room for more rest. 2. RELEASE Ask yourself: What do I need to let go of before bed? Release anything you're carrying that doesn't belong in tomorrow: Mental clutter Environmental clutter Negative thinking Worry and overthinking Your to-do list (write it down and leave it for tomorrow) Clear space in your mind so your body can truly rest. 3. RECONNECT Ask yourself: How can I reconnect with myself before I fall asleep? Reconnect with your inner peace and the person you're becoming: Read something uplifting Take slow, intentional breaths Meditate or listen to a guided meditation Practice gratitude Connect with your future self and the life you're creating When you Reduce what drains you, Release what weighs you down, and Reconnect with what restores you, sleep becomes more than rest—it becomes a powerful act of healing. 11. Leap of Faith: Dark Night of the Soul
2026/08/04
There came a moment in my journey when I realized I couldn't think my way forward anymore. I had to trust my way forward. In this episode, I share the five-letter acronym that became an anchor during my healing journey: F – Forgive yourself.A – Allow life to unfold.I – Listen to your intuition.T – Trust what you cannot yet see.H – Honor yourself and the journey you're on. Faith isn't about having all the answers. It's about taking the next step, even when you can't see the entire path. If you're waiting for certainty before moving forward, this episode is your invitation to begin trusting yourself again. "A man alone is a microbe; A man aligned is the Universe"
10. Called Back Online: Dark Night of the Soul
2026/07/28
When life feels overwhelming, our first instinct is often to think our way out of it. But healing doesn't begin in the mind—it begins in the nervous system. In this episode, I share why learning to regulate myself became one of the biggest turning points in my healing journey. You'll discover why it's so difficult to make good decisions from a dysregulated state and how returning to safety within yourself changes everything. Sometimes the next right step isn't doing more. It's calming your body enough to hear what's been there all along. Questions to ask yourself when you are disregulated. 1. What am I feeling? Name it 2. What does it feel like? Describe it 3. Where is it located? Find it 4. What does it make me want to do? Understand it 5. Do I feel better if I do that thing? Try it 6. If I wasn't feeling _______, I would be feeling _____? Manage it

The more you slow down, surrender, and create space, the easier it becomes to recognize the nudges that have been leading you all along. ✨ Your next step may not come from thinking harder... it may come from listening deeper. 🎧 Listen now.
