In this episode Dmitriy speaks with Ryan Griffith about the fascinating practice of Health and Safety Receiverships.  Ryan is in the In-House Counsel for Bay Area Receivership Group and specializes in helping cities and counties abate nuisance properties through Health and Safety Receiverships.
