The foundation.  A cornerstone has Bibical meaning too. It is the rock upon which the weight of the entire structure rests. Some identify it as Jesus is the chief cornerstone of our faith.  There are various types of financial wealth such as  Stocks. During my down time I decided to binge-watch Savannah’s podcast Unlocked on Youtube.  On one of the episodes, she was discussing with her father Todd about not wanting to feel like she owes anyone anything. Her brother Chase was asking her if she needed something and she was in a hurry about to leave and was like no I am good I got it. Todd said you are a control freak like me you saw your brother was trying to help, you wanted to be in control of the situation, and he was resentful because he didn’t do something you pushed him away from. Savannah stated on her podcast she likes to do things on her own because she doesn’t want to feel like she owes anyone anything.  Her father Todd responded Well in a way we all owe someone something. He went further to talk about what he owes his parents, wife, and his children.  When he said I was thinking like no one owes anyone anything (please forgive the broken language for all the English expert listeners)  I have always felt like I do not owe anyone anything except my children, but as he continued to talk further I thought well hell we do kind of sort of owe, people, something in whatever capacity that may be  Whether it’s our time, money, thank you, listening ear, love, grace, compassion, silence, or ignoring them.  Follow us on Instagram Follow us on Facebook Website
